My last race was the Grangemouth Round the Houses back in March but I've been having bother with my hip and the outside of my right knee recently. It has got to the stage where it is really sore after most training sessions. My coach seems to think it may be my IT band. Anyone else had a similar injury?

I started running a few months back by joining the Uni cross country team. I've really enjoyed it so far and have ran a few races already. (My last was a 10k in 41:58). I'm thinking about investing in some of this Nike+ stuff for when I go out running myself. Are people on here still using it for challenges and that?
