Given we were level on points after the First Quarter I don't actually think there is a gulf in quality between the two sides. We'll never know, obviously, but had you'd lost up in Cove I don't think we'd be sitting here in April with you lot miles clear and with that as your only loss.

You've built on the confidence and belief that you can grind something out every week, and not having been beaten will be on your opposition's minds as well.

You'll do well next season, but if we do go up, a decent manager would have our current squad sniffing around the playoff spots too.

I dunno why Falkirk fans are so desperate for it to be true that Rankin has done a good job.

In fairness the players on your bench would walk into nearly every team in this league's starting XI and likely be their better players.

We've recruited from a swampy puddle and so it shows on the park.

That’s no way to speak about Paul Hartleys bathroom.

When is this gateway project due to be completed? It's a royal pain in the arse like.

Also, as I don't stay in Falkirk anymore, I'm not as clued up as some people. What even are they developing? Is it more houses or what?

Roundabout is being expanded and land around the ground beinf redeveloped for retail outlets and also housing.

Just had a look at league 1 top scorers. Burrell seems to have stalled and Morrison now breathing down his neck. Would be great if Morrison can usurp, I’m sure it’s the sort of thing he’s looking at too

Burrell can knock a few in on Saturday imo.

As I thought live the equaliser was pretty clearly offside. It's not even a particularly difficult one to get right. It's right in front of the linesman. Changes the momentum of the game.

As annoying as that is, Falkirk were the better side first half hour and last half hour and whilst the margin was a wee bit flattering maybe, no complaints about the result. The penalty's soft in that Morrison flung himself but he was clipped and McKechnie conceded that afterward. Did think Gibson might have also got one at the other end at 3-1 (I think)? Some hit from Nesbitt.

Enjoy your title celebrations next week.

The official was nowhere near the last defender when the ball was played, attacking teams should always get the benefit of the doubt imo plus I’m sure they can’t give a decision on probability.

1 nil will do all about the three points at this stage for us. But should McGlynn's words of "we are going to give someone a doing" come true on Saturday then that would be very pleasing.

Even though they’ve had a solid beating already i for one would love the doing to be dished out on April the 6th to Cove.

Certainly from a Falkirk perspective, it’s a bit too raw for us.  We have a bit of empathy with fans of clubs who a underperforming and being dragged down by a shit manager.

Unfortunately I can see both you and Hamilton (if they fail to get up this year) being here for a while.

I have zero empathy for anyone stuck in this league and that included Falkirk over the last 5 years. Every club is where they deserve to be.

  8. The ones who live now out, still not on any major platform in the UK but easily found online.

Really enjoyed the first episode and Rick is still the man but won’t say anything else incase anyone else wishes to watch.

Another very solid win while rotating some key players. Game reminded me of Saturday when we came out flying then took the foot off the pedal a bit.

Montrose were decent in possession and had plenty of it but pretty toothless up front.

We were pretty wasteful again in front of goal and lacked composure at times. That's why it's good to see Oliver come on and score the quality goal he did, no panic, the pass was slightly behind him but instead he cut inside nicely and curled the ball beyond the keeper, it was what we had been crying out for.

Some team is going to get absolutely pumped (by six goals or more) before the season ends if we can convert some more of the ample chances we create.

    Hopefully it’s Cove.
