    What does that even mean?!

Is it laced with beans? Crusted with beans? Bean paste spread on it?

The bread has a sort of mahogany tint to it (I thought it was wholemeal bread when I picked it up in Asda). You get the faintest taste of beans. It was very decent, would bang again.

I normally like stuff like this. Trashy food has its place, but this sounds rank.

You're not supposed to listen to food, you're supposed to eat it. This is where you're going wrong. It's nothing special but is edible, which is its only purpose.

  2. FWIW I think/see it as Hemmings has thought "right, fùck this. I want to go back closer to my family. Agent get on the blower to league 1 see who's interested."

Agent phones other agents and tells them Kane might be interested and £250,000 secures his signature, wages dependant.

I also feel slightly sorry for Kane, Birmingham done everything the proper way, contacted the club and asked a price to which Dundee replied X amount. Birmingham thought 'Fùck that!'. Now they've found out he's left for a fraction of what they were told and are pissed off, Kane's left to a club of lower standing and Dundee got less than what he's worth.

Devils advocate - something has happened between last week when Kane was very happy up here and this week where he's told his agent to get him a move. Either that or he's just seen the Bitmingham interest and wanted to see what else was available.

I'm saying signing Hemmings was a no-brainer, but I'm saying agreeing to a £250k was poor considering the current transfer fees on the go.

The same Journalist you're lauding for revealing a release clause is the same journalist saying Hemmings was only signing for Dundee if he got the clause.

You can't have it both ways.

I do not believe in clapping one of your players off the park after he's been sent off, regardless of the validity of the card.  I feel more and more that i'm in the minority with that one though,

Agreed. Also that we should be nice about a player who is, absolutely shite. Simply because they 'try hard'.

Case in point - Gary Irvine.

Release clause is also a bit of a joke. Surely their hope would be he'd do well, score goals and that would secure his move? Which would mean getting a decent bid. They've basically fucked themselves no matter how you look at it.

Not really. Kane took a wage drop to sign for us. He quite possibly made the club insert a release clause - or he wouldn't sign.
