  1. I'd imagine the straight talking Yorkshireman can appreciate a simple 'f**k off' from his now ex-player's. Aye, thought so.
  2. Can someone clear this up. The proposed new name is The Rangers Football Club. They are already listed on Companies House as The Rangers Football Club P.L.C. Is this okay or is Green THAT useless he can't change the name right???
  3. So HMRC have lined up BDO Stoy as liquidators should the CVA fail, which they have the casting vote on. The CVA has been rejected then or why bother. The end is indeed NIGH!!!!!!
  4. Some **** seem to have found their nad's after this MASSIVE VICTORY. Best tuck them back up your hole gentlemen, today was a disaster. Carry on.
  5. Look's like the Beale is off on a mystical journey. Walking the land, like Jules from Pulp Fiction, only with night gown.
  6. It pleases me no end, NO END, that Rangers fucked themselves over shite like Dan Eggen who never kicked a ball. Hahahahhahahahhah!
  7. Don't they need to be ready for fixtures being issued? Whatever, they are up against it time-wise. Pleasing.
  8. So to round up... SPL Without Rangers travelling support & Reduced TV revenue = Closure of many clubs, pestilence, suffering and anguish. 1st Div (for relegated sides from SPL) without any TV money nor the travelling supports of Rangers AND Celtic = Not one recorded bankruptcy.
  9. Apologies If I've missed it but what is the general feeling among the Celtic support? They might be key to this. Methinks most won't be best pleased at 'I can' believe it's not Rangers' remaining in the SPL. I've heard of a boycott of teams voting them back in. This might be an important factor as they do organise well and this gives those voting something else to think about.
  10. What a cop-out. Why offer these stipulations to a club they have over a barrell? Rangers newco should be paying their football debt and should be accepting the result of any EBT/Contracts investigation anyway. What a fucking joke that is, hope it's pish.
  11. Kinda like winning 54 egg and spoon races against children THEN boasting about it. Quite lame, really.
  12. If Paul Murray is correct, D&P might well be standing tall before the man if they've advised TBK to go down the newco route. I do love administrators (friend of the creditor) advising prospective buyers on how to f**k said creditors over.
  13. I'd love to know the value that Rangers put on goodwill towards the company. Anything north of 16p and I'd wet my under-crackers.
  14. I'd be stunned if the ball wasn't rolling to block the asset's being transfered out of reach which HMRC can do. Any creditor looking for a return will be petitioning for this also. As a tax-payer, we should all agree.
  15. Paul Clark reckons a deal has been done for Rangers/Govan Wanderer's to remain in the SPL according to BBC's McGlaughlin.
  16. I doubt all the chicanery can be done in 7 weeks, FFS Craig Whyte took 6 months for his due dilligence alone. By kick-off next season Rangers in whatever form won't be included and there goes any cashflow with which to survive. The time Duff & Phelps have pished away could have been handy. I hope the creditors seek a court order to prevent asset transfer anyway and wind the big hoose up seeing as this is designed to shaft all concerned.
  17. Point 1, can you elaborate? As far as I understand it, the Newco is a company, not a football club who cannot acquire the share. The share can only go to an existing club. The same person cannot own two qualifying clubs ala Old and Newco even so. On point 2, the SPFA have confirmed the contracts cannot be transfered, they are up for grabs to any other club. They can sign for who they like but might be thinking twice about signing for Govan FC.
  18. On the football club front, Oldco is finished despite the platitudes from Duff & Phelps. 1. So Newco doesn't have an SPL share and my understanding is it cannot be transfered to a company. 2. Doesn't have players and the current Oldco squad cannot be transfered. 3. Doesn't have any history as a football club. 4. Doesn't have audited account for European requirements. This is assuming Miller sticks around long enough after seeing the book's. I personally think he's just blew 500k. Even if this is possible (I have my doubts) nothing will be complete by kickoff next season and I fully expect the whole mess to get bogged down in litigation for years while Rangers fester. Happy Days!!!!!!!
  19. Snap. Part of me hopes they do get ushered back in as watching football in this country is fucking shite. I'll find something else to do with my time, easily.
