  1. Watched the Lochdown episode. Wasn't their best if I'm being honest. Had two or three laughs but could have been alot better. The weather wasn't on their side for much of it which took away from them showcasing the Scottish scenery. Driving those cars on our roads must have been hellish though.

  2. Pig, written and directed by Michael Sarnoski.
When I saw this involved a certain Nicolas Cage owning a truffle-finding-pig who goes missing, I thought what can possibly go wrong? Well, the writing and the storyline, mainly. A promising start which makes you think it's going to be another mental Nic Cage masterpiece but the movie slowly drains your enthusiasm as the plot unravels. There are some frankly bizarre plot choices and it just kind of slowly ends. Disappointed, it could've been so much more.
3/10 (mainly because the truffle pig is quality).
I thought Cage, who I'm not usually a big fan of acted well in it but the film itself was a bit of a snoozefest.
  3. For some reason on PS5 the game suddenly looks a bit shit, it's aw blurry and stuff. I've had a quick google and it does seem common, something about the settings, I dunno if I can be bothered changing settings around or anything. Might need a ripper 4k tv or something.
I tried it on the PS5 and thought it looked the same. I didn't go beyond the snow stage mind you.
  4. Fear Street Part 1 1994

This has a mix of your classic slasher movies with an added Stranger Things Vibe about it. It follows a group of teens who are forced to take on an evil force that has plauged their small town for centuries, after it causes a series of brutal slayings. A bit of 90's nostalgia but some of the characters were a tad annoying that I was almost rooting for the stalkers. It could have been much better but failed to deliver in areas.

    Fear Street Part 2 1978

This prequel was much better, with much more gruesome bloodshed. It had a better cast too and the acting more believable. Sadie Sink shone in the main role. Also being set in a summer camp is a dream for any slasher type movie. It had a bit of Friday the 13th vibe going on.

  5. Yeah, agree with above. Loved the series, especially the bits with Gerald & Jeremy. He just looks at him blankly then agrees.[emoji23] The combine harvester bit with the walkie talkies had me buckled.
