If he only stays until the end of the season would be good to see someone come in as his Number 2 with the end goal to be succeeding him at the end of the season. Someone like Latapy as an example as that would then give the club continuity as well. Probably not happen like that though lol

For me, yes its a disappointment to lose him after a good season, however we cant moan about Utd taking him from us because we did exactly the same to Brechin. Yes it seems they dont care how they go about their business but unfortunately that is life, Utd are a bigger team than us and even though they will be in the same league it is unfortunately one of those things, feel that if anyone was in Rays shoes then they would do the same. Will be the same if he does well at Utd, then they will be looking over their shoulders at Clubs from down south who will come and poach him. Just got to look forward now and hope that the club have similar success with whomever replaces him (if he takes the job!! )

You also have to factor in that when they "budget" for the season, that they are done on expected crowds for when the games are nominated to be played. When a game gets changed to midweek then this tends to bring less fans through the gate than on the Saturday.

Scary i agree with you in regards to the prices, however if you look at it from the clubs point of view it is obviously what we have to charge to try and break even/make a slight profit. If you reduce the proce to £12 do you honestly think we would gain the amount of supported needed to break even again. Not sure how much would be needed to put this into practice but what about doing something similar to what we did for Dunfermline i.e. If there are over 2000 home fans at a game then they keep their ticket stub and can go and collect a £3 refund, at some point. Might be a daft idea but it sounded good in my head when I was thinking about it, although I'm sure someone will come on and point out the flaws within this

Whilst Leishman is trying to be the saviour of the club surely he has known for some time what state the club is in, so my question would be why wait till now? Might be a logical reason for it although the cynic in me says he is there to appease the fans.

Who know maybe in a month if he hasnt signed for anyone we will re-sign him on a reduced wage along with not paying a wage for 2 months. Think that clubs will be waiting till last minute too sign players so they don't have to pay a wage for the summer months.
