I do hope we get Smith, but expect others are looking at him too. As for tiny sections giving certain players a hard time, oh we have "fans" like that too! Why pay out good money to slag off certain player/s, get behind the team you rockets! Anyway, I expect your guys to kick on next season, a bit of added spice is Stennie coming down. Personally I think he is one of the best keepers in the lower leagues, no better in League 2. His kicking is suspect, but otherwise he is a solid shot stopper. The thing is there is always a reason why players play at our level, far from the finished article... apart from Eddie Ferns!

Food for thought... I totally agree with you, up to a point. Breaking up a excellent centre half pairing of Hammy and Little, but it could work to fit in TOB. Lets get our top players re-signed and take it from there.

As the dust settles from Helicopter Saturday, wow what a dramatic end to the season. Huge credit to the 1,175 away fans on the day, incredible turnout. Huge congratulations for all with Arbroath FC at heart, from DC, his backroom staff and all the ones behind the scenes at Gayfield. I am one proud Lichtie. To have been 11 points behind and win the league by 2 points clear is no mean feat. Enjoy the afterglow of our amazing season, onwards and upwards.

Great to read the comments from the fans of other clubs, thank you one and all. These moments are rare and must be enjoyed. Arbroath FC league champions has a nice ring to it.

Unless it was going to make a huge income having a 4G pitch, keeping in mind it has to be replaced every ten years or so. That aside the bounce on these types pitch, and the injuries that occur too. Grass is my preferred option all considered.
