I'm wondering if haudit and daudit are scared that the CVA might go through, that's why they took the SFA to a civil court.
They want a newco. a debt free, sanction free newco and i am sure i have heard / read somewhere that if they do get liquidated Mr Whyte gets something if they go that route.

The team that played Celtic in europe, who then got chucked out blah blah blah, did they not take there appeal to their countries court and Uefa not kick up a storm saying those courts had no place in sport and threaten them with more sanctions?

If another club was bought over and re-branded they wouldnt be allowed directly into the spl as they would already be in the league system. Unless they resigned and re-applied to go straight in spl. Which would surely be vetoed.
unless it was Dundee as they have already applied

just read on the bbc that the potential buyers want access to the SPL to ask about the rules changes.
My query is... If they don't plan on liquidatingthen these rules won't effect them.

Do you really think D&P are waiting until the cva is agreed before collecting their cash? they will have been deducting their fee each month. That's probably why the club has been losing a million a month!!
