I've probably been to Firhill about 8 times but this will be the first time taking the car. Where's the best place to park?
As for the game, this would definitely be one for a BTTS coupon. Although Thistle's form doesn't look great at the moment I don't think anyone believes they've suddenly become a bad team. Another tough game but probably one we need to win if we want to stay in the title hunt.
I'm feeling pretty confident we'll get the job done and will come out on top in a 3-2 thriller.
If my maths is correct, a win will also ensure we can't end up in the relegation play-off
Someone has already said it by Murano Street is probably the best shout, I've parked there a few times and its a nice 2 minute walk to the ground.

All Raith Rovers fans welcome to the Aitken suite at the front of Firhill stadium on Tuesday night before the game. Is at the stand the Rovers fans will be in.
Opend at 5.30pm. Drinks, hot food, families seating area
The Partick Thistle website says we are in the Jackie Husband, isn't the Aitken suite in the Colin Weir (aka Wooden) stand?

I make it that we’ve only managed six clean sheets all season, and also managed to concede in games against Peterhead, Spartans and three times against Queen of the fucking South.
So this point seems perfectly fair.
We also have only 6 clean sheets (I think) and conceded a goal from a sub goalie that was playing outfield as they had no-one else to play.

I don't have a copy but I do remember that it ruffled a fair few feathers in the diplomatic corps in both camps. Was that not the programme that was issued for the 0-0 home game a week before we went to Firhill to claim the title? I remember being at that game and seeing it and all the hullabaloo going on about it being disrespectful to the opposition. I can't remember if DAFC had put in a complaint about it. Whatever, it certainly caused ructions at the time.

IIRC the article also noted the weight and height of each Pars player. It led to the programme editor being sacked.
I might still have a copy of it my mums house as I kept most of them from that season as I did ok in the Fantasy League. I’ll have a look to see if I can find it the next time I’m there.0 -

There was a game two years ago where you didn’t even fill the North East stand at East End
Wasn’t that a post Covid game with restricted ticket sales?

According to the Partick website we are in the Jackie Husband stand , which is significantly better than being in the old wooden stand.

Not a dig at the fans but that is the fewest amount I’ve seen Dunfermline bring for a league game at Starks Park in a long time.

Glad to be in front but the Pars have probably been the better side. You can see why they have been struggling though, nothing up front.

In the 5 months that Watson was out, Corr should have had a run of games. Even if he made mistakes he should have got game time.
The absolute minimum he should have had was starting the challenge cup semi. Considering how bad the goal we did concede was he couldn’t have done much worse.

What's the best place to go post match for something to eat, ideally would have the football on aswell.
Nothing really that close to the ground, maybe the Duchess would be a good shout, don't think they do football on the telly though.

Even though we have won the last 4 games against the Pars I'd expect this to be fairly tight, probably very similar to the match back in October. I'll go for a 2-1 Rovers win with a goal after 85 minutes to win it.

Sitting on a Saturday night wondering how we conceded 5 goals and dropped 5 points in those last 2 games against Arbroath??
Wondering how we are still in with a shout of winning the league.
Wondering if it’s going to come down to us beating Arbroath in the last game of the season.
The last time we won a league not cut short by a worldwide pandemic was with a home game against Arbroath, so hopefully that’s a good omen.

That was pretty crap last night but I'm trying to be glass half full and remembering this time last year we were drawing 0-0 with Ayr with less than 2,000 at Starks Park and our main strikers were Willy Akio and Esmael Gonçalves.

It goes without saying that I really hope Thistle win this one

The highlights are out for this one. Predictably not very long at 5:21 with the teams coming out taking up the first 45 seconds!

A kick in the teeth for season ticket holders.
As someone who bought 2 season tickets this year I can say I’m honestly not that bothered.

Don’t think it’s allocated seating m9, could just move somewhere else.
To be fair, I just needed to lean forward slightly and it was fine. Doesn’t make a good picture though

Are Raith likely to bring more than the usual 200 fans?
Probably, I’d estimate around 350 to 400.
Unfortunately I’m unlikely going to make this one, hopeful we will build on last Fridays result.

f**k sakes rovers can you please pass it forward without just humping it aimlessly.
The United defenders are having an easy time with this tactic. If we wanted to persist with we would have been better swapping Vaughan instead of Rudden.

We weren’t great last night but much like against the Pars the opposition just were not good enough in the final 3rd.
That being said Brian Graham still looks like a serious threat. He was fantastic when he played for us and it’s good to see him still playing well.
