As much as he seems to enjoy the freedom he's apparently afforded at Ayr, I think a top coach would have a more effective tactical plan for him.

Agree that change is needed but totally disagree on the utility of specialists. The physical and mental health of the players is one of the club's primary responsibilities.

There were definitely enough promising passages of play today to suggest a good coach could get results with the team.
