    Did I not read recently that Mulgrew is busy visiting managers at other clubs to learn about their processes? Seems strange if he would abort that to declare he already knows it all and is ready to run a team.

    As much as he seems to enjoy the freedom he's apparently afforded at Ayr, I think a top coach would have a more effective tactical plan for him.

    Agree that change is needed but totally disagree on the utility of specialists. The physical and mental health of the players is one of the club's primary responsibilities.
