Boy looks a good player and someone we have been calling out for. Still in two cups so would need to add at least another player or two even with the depth we have to stay fresh

With todays results have Talbot found themselves in a title race even after our start?

Hate playing there

Talbot are Talbot they always find a way and I see them sneaking up the rails.
Think the cups will start to take their toll would have preferred another few games in the bank to be honest, delighted how Tucker and the team have turned this around again, still work to do but going the right way

If it is favourites for the league, no chance are they favourites. Yes they have turned season around however would need us, Beith, St Cadocs to go into free fall and them to win every game.
Clydebank still in driving seat due to points on the board.
Us failing to pick up the full 3 points at weekend makes it more difficult for us. St Cadocs still to go head to head with the bankies twice in the league.
Darvel are only a point above Talbot and we have still to play so not quite a free fall !! Probably only Beith that needs to go into free fall

Why don't use all just go back 2 the Ayrshire leagues aswell n let the ambitious clubs play in the wosl. We all know most clubs regret getting into the wosl and would love nothing more than the west juniors to start up again and play there wee local derbies again. Bring back the sectional league Cup aswell keep the wee clubs happy with a game v the bigger teams
Mon the papers
Big bad Ayrshire clubs getting in your way of being a “senior” team again even though it was the “juniors” that gave your team a level to play when reforming!

Darvel v burgh final then
Talbot clicking at the right time with a really strong bench now, if we stay injury free, we will be too strong over two legs.

Avoid Darvel and I think we have a good chance of getting to the final

McPherson by a country mile for me.
McCracken too injury prone now.
We are lucky to have them both and big Slooves

I would say that McPherson & Slooves should be the centre back pairing.
McPherson at right back weakens the defence.
McCracken shouldnt have come straight back into the team he should have had to bide his time on the bench in my opinion which im sure not everyone will agree with
Agreed we don’t agree McCracken is the best CB in the league

Credit here needs to go to the management team and players, also the committee for not knee jerking into a big decision after the St Andrews game. We are looking hungry, fit and have a better cutting edge, we won’t win the league but nobody will want to play us just now

Leagues more important
How many times in a row is that you’ve lost to Clydebank in the league?
How many cup finals in a row have you lost to Talbot?

Yip it was some strike. Was never a foul in the first place though.
Aye you’re right

Not a keeper in the land would have kept out that free kick

Slow start from us but once we got our noses in front we were excellent rest of the first half. Two very soft penalties in the match Glens free kick was a great strike and Boyd’s two goals excellent especially his second. Good depth with all substitutes contributing as well. Big game next Saturday in the cup

Think Townhead will have a bigger capacity than Beechwood

Just watched the highlights Clydebank’s first was a very soft free kick but we didn’t defend it well enough very frustrating watching that with the timing of the goal. Can see why Glavin can be criticised for not coming off his line at times but a couple of decent stops from him. I would like to see Glasgow and Smith starting a bit more as well either side of McAvoy hopefully next week. Any word on McCracken? Or why Armstrong missing yesterday?

Im entitled to my opinion Hugh .
Are you happy with what you’re watching?
You are entitled to your opinion I just don’t like the personal targeting and would it be done if we won? But that’s just me maybe as it’s a free country Couldn’t make it today unfortunately, think we are improving as the season is going, thought we scored good goals last week and some of our football looking better, today sounds a tight game against a team top of the league so fine lines. Think this about consolidation hopefully win a cup and strengthen in the summer again, we should never be stopping looking for players to improve though.

I agree but just think when the midweek games and the cup semi finals kick in it will be a struggle. All about points on the board at this stage.
