The note in the bottom left of the graphic states that those playoffs will be played if EOS either loses OR gains a team to/from the LFL.
Does this still depend on the result of the playoffs between East, West and South?

Edinburgh College 0 Whitburn 2
Tough game tonight, delighted to come away with all 3 points. Can now enjoy the rest of the weekend knowing we will still be sitting top of the league no matter what happens in tomorrow's games. Well done Whitburn.

Semi-Finals
Leith/Whitehill/Broxburn/Dundonald/Edinburgh College/Inverkeithing v Syngenta/Sauchie/Tranent/Whitburn
Linlithgow/Luncarty/LTHV/Kirkcaldy & Dysart/Arniston^/Bo’ness Athletic v Armadale/Glenrothes/Jeanfield/Arniston*/Crossgates/Hill of Beath/Penicuik/Haddington
*if Arniston qualify for knockouts as winner of Group F
^if Arniston qualify for knockouts among Best Runners-up
Some absolutely cracking ties in prospect here. Highlights among Last 16 include Premier leaders Penicuik v Conference A joint leaders Haddington, a potential Fife derby at Glenrothes, an intriguing clash between Syngenta and Sauchie, and form collide teams in Tranent v Whitburn.
QFs could deliver Linlithgow v Bo'ness Athletic derby, and a rematch of Syngenta v Tranent.
As for SFs obviously numerous possibilities there. Are the teams drawn out in alphabetical order? Whitburn away every time. Delighted to be in it though.

Jeanfield Swifts V-V Thornton Hibs
Stirling University EOS P-P Lothian Thistle HV
Sauchie 2-0 Newtongrange Star
Sauchie have qualified
Host are first to seal a place in knockout stage, with a firm victory over already-eliminated Nitten. This result means that realistically Bo'ness Athletic and St Andrews both need to win their encounter on Saturday to sustain hopes of a runners-up slot.
Dundonald Bluebell 5-4 Edinburgh College
Incredible encounter in Cardenden where the pupils of Conference X almost taught their Premier Division masters a lesson. However their 3-4 lead did get overturned late on. They'll study the form to try and beat Newburgh on Saturday then hope likely decider Dundonald v Inverkeithing on Wednesday ends in stalemate.
Edinburgh South 1-2 Crossgates Primrose
Fresh from their Alex Jack Cup success on Sunday it was hard work for Crossgates but they ultimately came from behind to win. Primrose move to pole position in what remains a very open section.
Camelon 3-4 Syngenta
Camelon are eliminated
Remarkable game in canal country with Conference X landing knockout blow upon Premier hosts. Tranent must try to beat Hawick by 7+ goals on Saturday to top group... frankly it's doable you'd have to say... but 10pts may see either through regardless.
Penicuik Athletic 1-3 Whitburn
Result of the night goes to the Conference X men of West Lothian for an even more impressive victory at Premier leader Penicuik. This shock leaves Saturday a true 'battle royal' as with the apple-cart truly upset any of top 4 - even Edinburgh Utd - could yet win section.
Good game at Penicuik tonight, with Whitburn worthy of their win. Penicuik's late, disputed goal could prove crucial if group is decided on goal difference.

Do they lose their licence if they move to share another ground that doesn't meet the criteria eg floodlights?
0 -
Can Clubs get a licence if they don't have their own permanent ground?

West Calder 1 Whitburn 5 was the correct score.

Hope you get something sorted out soon.
Bit unsure of the name Rosyth Seniors. Is that now the Club's official name? It brings to mind a team of pensioners running about the field. There's a danger it will be misconstrued in much the same way as "Juniors" led many to assume it was a kids team.

Is the Armadale Twitter always in perma-rage mode?
The Dale won't need to worry about their points total being updated this week after they were deservedly beaten on their own patch by Whitburn.
Armadale 1 Whitburn 2

Whitburn 4 Bathgate 2.
Any other scores? East of Scotland website hasn't been updated yet.

Maybe the East of Scotland guys are using their own forum.

The Premiership? Do you not need to progress through the lower divisions first.

They will be moving to the land of plenty apparently, so won't need any of the pot.

Thornton up to fourth with games in hand.
They are looking most likely at the moment. Livingston too inconsistent and and have played too many games. Likewise Whitburn. Pumpherston in my opinion are in a false position from the games I've seen them in. Fauldhouse are in meltdown at the moment and could fall away. Armadale could be the surprise team.
Much more competitive that the East of Scotland leagues!

Sorry, power was the wrong word. Just my impression from reading these forums, but if what I'm reading about player unrest is true, then I think there will be some hurt.

Sounds to me that the manager had too much power at Fauldhouse and it is now going to hurt you. Hope not too much. He certainly had plenty to say.

Any club that has serious ambitions to reach the Lowland League and beyond can raise the finance to install floodlights. In the last 12 months many clubs big and small have managed it.
However as a reminder, you do not need floodlights to "join the pyramid". It's a myth that needs knocked on the head once and for all. I hear it far too often.
Merry Christmas everyone!
How did Blackburn raise the finance for their floodlights? I'm sure it will be of interest to other teams that have ambitions of going down the same route.

I was Spending Time trying to work that one in but it was taking Forever and I didn't want to spend One More Night on it so I had to Give It Up.

Don't be Cruel, he probably had a Feelin Inside or thinks he has Something in Common with the others. Or maybe he just wanted to Get Away from his Girlfriend. Let's hope for Tayport's sake he's Good Enough.

WEll thats fine let the Juniors stay Junior and let the rest of us get on with it
12 minutes ago, AlanCamelonfan said:Thats because we want everyone to be in the one place. If the Junior clubs came out and said they didn't want to be part of the pyramid that would be the end of it. They are either doing it to cause trouble or they want to be part of the pyramid.
Plenty of Junior clubs have went bust over the years it happens at all levels.
You don't seem to know what you want, Alan.

No 1 could be interesting- for example player goes off the pitch at nearest point and subsequently gets hit in the pus by a pie thrown from the crowd for being a big cheating b*****d. this was probably why they were directed to walk off at the half way line where most player tunnels would have been in the first place.
and if a player goes down in the box and there's no opposition player around is it still a penalty to Lithgae?!
Like it, but you should be asking it on the EOS forum.

Ironic that the Armadale bench complained continually to the referee about offside decisions when they only won at Whitburn because of an incorrect offside decision.
I was surprised there weren't neutral linesman for a game like this.
