Chalmers is in the Scotland Under 21 squad and Kingsley isn't. This is the clearest example you will ever see of bias based on the club they play for in selection. Kingsley is a far superior player with far more experience. Absolutely ridiculous.
Agreed.

When is the taxpayer going to finish building yours then?
It isn't theirs.

Kenny has done a decent job since he's been here

I thought they would stay up once they brought Shiels on board

Best of luck..
Cheers. Went out again yesterday late morning. Got soaked and really struggled coming back into the wind.
30 miles at 14mph. Pretty happy with that. Target for the Etape is 5 1/2 hours, which is challenging but achievable I think.

First time out for three months yesterday. Managed fifteen miles, but was knackered at the end.
My first shot at the Etape in May looks a long way off.

1 match away from the quarters - although my idea of going was short lived when I realised they clash with the Ramsdens Cup final!
I'm sure that's a quandry many tennis fans are in now.
Great effort from Ward. Up to how Andy feels re the doubles. He might just fancy a crack at the Bryans. I don't think it really matters either way.

Proof you're a sad pathetic little troll
We already had more than enough proof of that.

ETA.If you don't want to spend a fortune, these are a great buy http://www.decathlon.co.uk/7-membrane-tights-black-blue-id_8282712.html
Are those designed for a particular time of year or weather?

Managed to get out for 35 miles over to Coalsnaughton and back yesterday. Cracking day for it, if a little windy on the way back.

It's tough isn't it?
Yes. First couple are easy enough, but deciding on the last couple is difficult.

Continuity , thats what Alloa have got and we haven't . A wee tweak here and there but on the same path.
It has certainly been a factor in the seamless way we have been competitive since the start of the last two seasons after gaining promotion. This year I expected the manager to get rid of more players than he did, but I think he has correctly gone for keeping largely the same team, while bringing in two or three to strengthen our squad. In particular we have exactly the same back five as we had last season.

Beat my fastest average speed for the twenty mile undulating route out past Fannyside Loch and back via Slammanan Road. 15.4mph.
Hoping to go out with a local club next year for the first time if I can get a decent amount of riding/training through the Winter. I've heard if you can average 15mph on your own you could manage the slowest group. We'll see.

Was that an electric bike Froome was on?

Because he's a flappy we p***k.
I thought that was probably the reason.

I have to ask myself "if I was in Sky's position would I really risk it?" And it just seems to me like the damage that could be done with a positive test for a guy like Wiggins, Froome or Porte would not be worth the short term rewards from winning a couple of Tour's & some other things along the way.
But what damage would actually be done to a huge corporation like Sky if one of their riders actually got caught? They'd spin it, blame/pay off the individual, and carry on making loadsa money.

Also, this Tour is won now. I was really hoping for a competition, too.
Yep, disappointing.
It's like when Armstrong dominated, you knew who was going to win before that start. Oh, wait......

40 miles today, over to Limekilns and back. Nice route. Pretty flat.
Need to get out every Sunday no matter the weather and gradually increase the mileage.
Oh, and do some hill reps.
