A season which showed promise after the league cup games and opening day win at Tannadice, turned into a shambles. After the United game we had a few bad results V Ross Co and Hearts, which were tough games. However the big defeats to ICT and Ayr early on for me were key. It was around here we moved away from the 3-5-2 system we seemed to want to adopt this season. It felt like we just abandoned our pre-season work. After which we were almost always lacking in confidence, no one shooting, some defenders not putting in tackles etc. When Crawford came in, there was an improvement defensively, and Bruce Anderson got some crucial goals. Crawfords recruitment seemed to make a difference. However that 5 game run gave way to a terrible final end to the season, exposing all the problems from AJ's part.
Highlight: 3-2 at United, 5 game run of wins
Lowlight: Defeat at Starks, and AJ's last game, throwing away a 2 goals lead. Andy Ryan missing chance V Falkirk
Best Goal: Umm, L Longridge V Ross Co in August
Player of the Year: Tough category this one, either J Longridge or Thomson, and shout out to Matt Todd0 -
Johnston did a great job on Faissal, making him the main man and he came on so much as a player. They will see Johnston as the right person for Reilly to learn from

Best thin i did was get fife council gym mebership, allowing me to use any swimming pools/gyms across the region. Ok none are anything super special, but variety helps
I'm playing 6s now, so i tend to go swimming twice a week, gym 2/3 times, and one night of footy.
I find if i work out in the gym a lot, even ver well over 2 / 3 weeks flat out i lose interest, so best to vary everything.
Got roughly 2 stone to lose. \Trying to get from 15 st to 13. (I'm 6 ft 1)
So far lost 4 lbs since just after new year, so going well so far.

Hope we get more championship and lower league coverage next season. Doubt it. 1 hour and 15 mins. Still shorter than Scotsport SPL used to be, which never once I don't think showed anything outside the SPL.
(Sorry if ive given anyone nightmares reminding you of Scotsport spl)
