Notice George Adam of Ross County got a 30 grand loan.
Wonder how he will ethically vote.

I hope P&B have put up a prize for 1st post on page 1000.
25% of Rangers or a bag of wotsits seems about fair.

Sorry as no doubt mentioned.
Why is there not more pressure from major creditors on admins to finalise.
Admins monthly charges are eating into so much potential return to creditors.
I can see no more avenues that do anything other than reduce the value of assets on a daily basis.
Also what marketing have admins done on selling chunks off.
I have not seen Ibrox for sale in the local property guide.

If by a freak of nature lightning struck Murray park and Ibrox and both places burnt to a cinder.
Would the insurance company pay out over 100 million as I assume thats what they are insured for ?
(This also assumes all premiums are up to date )

When did Rangers stop using EBTs ?
Ie Has McGregor had to also take a cut because he is not getting his monthly interest free never to be paid back loan.
Even if no current players have been involved then I assume some other current employees have done and in the interest of integrity should walk or at least repay their loans now.
On another note Dundee United never paid any tax on big Duncs wages. After fines he was always under the tax free allowance

Does anyone know if the bank previously cut a deal with Whyte.
Why did he pay them off ?

Sadly this evening we have been unable to reach agreement on the personal conditions sought by the advisors to the players in respect of those wage cuts.
Meaning they all wanted free-transfers end of season or some massive sell on percentage if a transfer fee.
More greed basically.

:o The administrators are consulting with their own agents to see if they are happy with the deal :lol:0

Suprised Ally and co not fired as management are not worth diddly squat.
You me or the adminstrators could pick a team.

Responsibility of the Administrators is meant to be to the creditors.
Not the fecking football club and its greedy players.
Fecking agreements are irrelevant.
Sack em all.
Welcome to the real world of business and what happens when you dont make a profit.
Sounds like McGregor and co would even go to the Govt for their statutory entitlement.

North Fife played at the Waterstone Crook in Newport-on-Tay.
I remember going there to see a game between Dundee United and East Fife to open the ground when North Fife were elected to the Juniors, in 1977.
It is actually Waterston Crook but whos pedantic and fair enough most people call it waterstone.
I play 5 asides their on a Thursday Night.
It used to have an Airdome structure and the place is still affectionately known as "The Dome"
Newport Amateurs sometimes play on the "Top Park" that was fenced of for a couple of years when Chris Symes who ran the centre started North Fife Juniors.
I believe their only win in the 1st season was a 1-0 victory over Dundee FC in a friendly. Cant say how shittt they were as a couple of friends slightly more senior than me played for them
I certainly used to watch them as a young kid living in the village.

Big Rangers Administration/Liquidation Thread - All chat here!

Whatever the CVA works out to be best case xxx pence in the pound.
Surely that is going to be a worse offer to the creditors than if the administrators had liquidated on day one. They clearly had debtors and working capital at that point.
Their decision to go down the wage cuts route and change contracts etc was on the basis that creditors would get a better deal.
I just dont see it.
Are admins ever taken to task after the event over decision making during an admin period ?
Clearly also they themselves benefit massivly by taking the route they did.
Surely their fees should have been negotiated down 75% until June 1st
