  1. The mrs picked a horse out of last nights times, Sheila's star 5/2 (her names Sheila) 4.35 Kempton, i did'nt fancy it, fancied the fav Geordie Iris 15/8 (she's also a Geordie) so i just stuck a wee £1 f/c on them which paid a massive £6.31  better than a boot in the baws i suppose.

  2. My wife's ex really is the biggest c**t i have ever known <_<

He get's his daughter mon-wed and drops her off at school at 08.30am on a wednesday,His daughter got in trouble at school yesterday and she was suspended for 3 days.He was asked to take her home by the school this morning and he turned round to the teacher in front of his daughter and said that his legal obligation ends at 08.30am on a wednesday and she was our problem after then

That is the same man that pays nothing to the upkeep of his daughter and took us to court to see her less :angry:

Take a bat to his heid mate ;)

  3. Not really petty, but we think our dog is almost at the end of his life.

He's eleven years old, but has had health problems all his life - epilepsy since birth, and then kidney problems for the past three years. The medication for both has led to him carrying extra weight, and he has trouble getting up from a lying down position due to his back legs, which have been weakend by the extra weight he has.

He still seems happy, and he wags his tail all the time when he's awake, but he's sleeping more and more now.

Just a matter of time I guess, I took him out a wee walk last night and tonight which he seemed to enjoy, but he's not got the energy he used to.

I'll be devastated when he passes :(

My heart goes out to you Gaz :(

  4. It has stopped snowing in Rutherglen now biggrin.gif

Had to walk from Rutherglen Main st to Castlemilk this morning,(Mill st was a nightmare) all the buses were took off, worst i've ever seen it, people were just abandoning their cars and walking.

  5. Hello

Next Saturday myself and 3 companions are embarking upon a night out in Glasgow to the quality establishment known as "Reflex". We 3 are fans of 80's music and we want to have ourselves a fun time. I am well aware of the drawbacks of this plan and the fact that people will mock me for this but we all want to go - so that is that!

Anyway, said establishment closes at midnight so we were wondering if there was anywhere else in the vicinity where we could continue to wet our whistles whilst, at the same time, partaking in some dancing to some music which, could be described by some, as cheese.

Bear in mind we are fairly old (I am 34 and the other 3 are 33 so The Garage is out) but we are also not a group of guys so we shouldn't be knocked back from anywhere for that reason.

    Do you understand?

A 2 min walk round the corner and you have Frankensteins ;)
