In most civilised societies the onus is on the accuser to prove the accused's guilt. Innocent until proven guilty.
It's up to Rangers to show us the evidence they have that is actual proof of wrongdoing.
I'm amazed that so many Rangers fans are still being gulled and manipulated by their own board.
So once it's called what would be the point of arguing for 2 minutes, far less 2 months.
In general there's no will for reconstruction within the Premiership clubs other than those with a short-term, self-interest agenda.
Well money's tight for diddy clubs like ours, every penny counts you know.
Obviously if we were as financially robust as Hearts we wouldn't be floundering at the foot of the league.
Oh wait, ....
I'm sure Rangers would be more than happy to fund the £30k for every outstanding fixture in Scotland to be fulfilled.
After all they're only interested in seeing sporting integrity.
I'm far from convinced that this committee will be able to agree on any single proposal.
If one party is determined that the new set up has to be temporary and one (likely more than one) party is only interested in agreeing to permanent change, surely we have an impasse.
And Hearts get relegated.
Imagine, £25 million in debt. Serious overspending.
Surprised that nobody has demanded that all the SPL championship titles Hearts won under Vlad should be deleted from the records.
And that Champions League title they won.
Oh .........
Do you think Anne Budge and the Hearts supporters would accept relegation if Celtic offered to award them the "moral" 1986 league championship?
No call for league reorganisation then surely ?
With so many clubs in the Championship and Division One incurring such enormous, unsustainable losses it seems inevitable that a few could go bust.
So how can it be feasible to increase the number of teams from 42 to 44 ? More mouths to feed can only make the financial state of Scottish football even more precarious.
And all just to save Hearts spot in the Premiership and salvage Mrs Budge's legacy at Tynecastle !!!
That wasn't Hearts fault though. That was a 3-way conspiracy involving St Mirren, Celtic and Dundee.
Don't forget, it's never Hearts fault. Always a conspiracy.
They shouldn't be relegated this season. Or ever.
