No consolation I'm sure, but Brian Reid is heavily criticised by a significant number of Ayr fans for almost the exact same things as McGlynn. Both managers have similar CVs in terms of recent successes, resources and tactics. Classic cup half empty/full scenario, but I sympathise with anyone suffering a slow painful death constantly watching 10 men behind the ball at home ...

Left yourself wide open there ... Looking at the last 10 years (as opposed to your glittering Bayern adventure) I reckon Raith are in the thick of where they deserve to be. Not trying to be a smart arse, honest! On their day Raith could beat anyone in the league (your 10 men against Ayr were very impressive early in the season) but your small squad makes you prone to getting pumped frequently like (not by!!!) many teams, including Ayr. In an ideal world I'd like to see Ayr and Raith both escape the drop, but it looks a rocky road for us at this stage.

I want to watch your drummer executed live on Reporting Scotland if your club should (I hope not) fold. Your club finds itself where it belongs for its actions IMO.

Do Airdrie United (ridiculous name for Clydebank) have a right to refuse their "invite" into the 1st Division? Just wondering ... before anyone goes all soft on them for their poor treatment
