  1. http://www.dreadcentral.com/news/33869/kur...-river-darkness http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1421049/ I don't think I could cope now if this doesnt happen.
  2. This will be the greatest movie and poster of all time . Unspeakable evil has fallen on a quiet river town. Sheriff Logan (Kurt Angle) is thrust into a chilling nightmare of death and mayhem that paralyzes the town. He then learns of the community's seedy past and the evil that has risen from purgatory to exact revenge on the town. He is confronted by the spirits of old river squatters, "The Jacobs Boys," who possess the very essence of evil. Gold medal-winning Olympic wrestler turned professional wrestler Kurt Angle portrayed a psycho sexual serial killer in Koehler's End Game. This time Angle makes a face turn playing the heroic sheriff out to stop a bloody trail of vengeance from being left behind by three hulking brothers killed by a lynch mob thirty years earlier. Fellow pro wrestlers Kevin Nash (who has also appeared in The Punisher and The Longest Yard) and Psycho Sid Vicious, along with Bill Laing, the actor portraying the Mothman in The Mothman Prophecies, oppose Angle as the hulking Jacoby Boys. Bill Hinzman, best known as the very first zombie to appear in the opening minutes of the original Night of the Living Dead, is Harvey Hix, a reclusive vigilante who knows an awful lot about the town's seedy history. Other recognizable faces appearing include another pro wrestler, Ray Lloyd (known to WCW fans as the Mortal Kombat-inspired grappler "Glacier"), Allan Rowe Kelly of Don't Look in the Basement, and My Bloody Valentine 3D's Sam Nicotero. First Look Entertainment will release Bruce Koehler's End Game to DVD on December 1st. Look for River of Darkness sometime next year. Koehler was kind enough to send along an exclusive first look at the conceptual DVD artwork for River of Darkness. I'm more interested in seeing Nash and Vicious as angry good ol' boy zombies.
  3. So Rey is in the WHC math when we know the chances are he's not gonna win.......they coulda given him his IC title rematch.
  4. Did he just say Bragging Rights will be 7 vs 7??? That would be the biggest clusterfuck of all time.
  5. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jOw1pnI2Qk8...feature=related Reflection of perfection? The best in the world today? Every bit as good as I say I am? He does the whole promo and then repeats it all over again in the same promo . Great find Dom .
  6. Wow.....the crowd went fucking nuts . By the way, you totally couldn't hear/see them calling the match as they went along. That guys gimmick is fucking awful. Also he has no concept of selling. Truly, truly ghastly. Horrible. Pathetic. In fact there aren't enough words. Whoever organised the show should be shot. Send it to Dave Meltzer.
  7. Jim Ross has updated his blog at JRsBarBQ.com. Here are some highlights: * I read on line where WWE was kicking around the "War Games" theme for a possible return to PPV. I think that's a good idea as the traditional "War Games" concept was two teams of five and the bad guys winning every coin toss in existence which allowed them to always start with a 2 on 1 advantage. No, I don't endorse that "every match be a War Games match" but I do think that it makes for a cool theme name and having one "War Games" bout would be marketable if the table was set correctly with the right talents that all had organic reasons to be "teammates." Please read this carefully and don't go into business for yourself inasmuch as I'm saying that this is going to happen but that it was merely something that I read being discussed on line and we all know all those things can be at times.
  8. They would be pissing all over Punk if Taker now looses the title to Batista at Bragging Rights. I saw the advert for Taker vs Punk in a casket match but it's not exactly a spoiler. Should Taker loose the title to Batista then it could simply be made non title.
  9. I know it's his gimmick, but he geniunely seems like a cnut . In fact i usually use his segemnts/ matches as a piss break.
  10. I'd say so aye, since he is neither good nor entertaining.
  11. Basically if you have seen the Monday Night Wars, you've seen it.
  12. To be honest I watched The Rise and Fall of WCW and was left disappointed. Some cracking matches on it but the actual DVD wasn't upto much.
  13. Just finished watcing Raw. What was the point in Kofi Kingston going over at the PPV yet have him drop the title the nextnight on Raw?
  14. Was that the match where Triple H stabbed him in the heid with a screwdriver?
  15. Adding Sting to Vinces machine would have done huge business. He claims not to have signed because he feared how he would have been used. I actually reckon he would have been made to look shit hot instead of being squashed and buried like many others and I kinda think his reason for not signing is pretty stupid.
  16. I honestly think Sting would have been huge had he gone to work for Vince at the time.
  17. For me Sting is the biggest name never to have worked for Vince McMahon. When Vince first purchased he was keen on bringing in Sting for the Invasion story but he declined the offer as he felt that they weren't treating the old WCW guys with respect and were basically burying them with the exception of Booker T.
  18. Morgan - no Hernandez - I think he will eventually but it is still a bit too soon, he just doesn't feel like championship material just yet. They'll need to keep building him up the way they have been for longer and eventually I can see him being the big star of TNA. AJ was the safe choice for now with a pre written storyline for Bound for Glory.
  19. Thinking about it now it's pretty hard to believe that Morgan is a maineventer for the second most popular wrestling promotion in America. I don't quite get why? He can't wrestle and he has some of the most cringworthy promos today. Glad to see Hernandez get a push, I'm a big fan and I'm actually uite gutted that his push means no more LAX. AJ is the goto guy. Whenever they are not sure who to put the belt on just give it to AJ. Although he may not be a main event level player, as has been proved numerous times before, he can bring back credible wrestling to the title.
  20. Inever thought I'd say this but well done Vince Russo . I guess it was his decision to remove Kurt from as TNA champ. Apparently he has decided that Morgan, Hernandez and AJ are "his" guys so I guess quite a lot of focus will be taken off Kurt and the MEM, infact I can see them breaking up the Mafia before much longer. IF VINCE RUSSO READS P&B.......BRING BACK GOOFY KURT ANGLE
