Ah that's the confusing part I thought you meant the supporter's Trust not the club's Trust, so they have four "companies" operating within the club, this is the part I don't understand why have all these different companies? Where the feck is AND180Y now with his business knowledge eh? Anyway what do you mean by Trusts around the country being in negative territory? Do you mean supporter's trusts? I'm not saying anything about Karen or Tracey's finances at all, I was just letting you know that not all directors of companies take a wage & some pay for the privilege of a seat on the board in order to have a say in the way the business is run. I haven't a clue who they are or what they do as directors & that doesn't interest me. Why have you got a bee in your bonnet about those two specifically out of all the directors at DAFC? Got some gossip? Does the charity have a directors board too? There must be one hell of a lot of suits on a matchday, I wonder if they get complimentary tickets for the game? That would cost a few bob. How could you doubt the trust after all my rabbiting on about them? All supporters trusts follow the same guidelines & are run by fans who volunteer their time & effort (& the vast majority of their spare time for most of us) there is no hierarchy, all members are equal including the board members (who do not get any special privileges, far from it) who are nominated to represent the members and voice their concerns to the BoD if required, help the club strengthen its links in the community, fundraising etc. I've heard the excuse being thrown about before that "The board members are in it for themselves, yes-men to the board, unapproachable etc" if you feel like that then you can join the board I have heard of people claiming that there are cliques on some boards that is wrong and a good board should have a mix of people from different backgrounds etc in order to represent the members. Get off your ass & join your trust, then you can go on the board & make a difference for the members, allow them to finally realise that their voices & concerns will be heard by the club.

I have too but not to point and laugh like most of the opposition fans, I care about all of Scottish football and it angers me that fans are still treated like they don't matter at all, sometimes even like they are a nuisance to certain football boards until they screw up through financial mismanagement and they expect the fans to jump up and raise funds at such short notice to rectify their mistakes (they never inform the fans until they've been caught out in some way and can't deny it anymore) and if the fans can't raise that sum then it's admin, if you're lucky, or liquidation. But what happens to the board who caused the debt? They get to ask for some of their money back through a CVA then they walk off and carry on with their life, no penalty or sacrifice whatsoever. The fans are left to hope & pray that they can keep the club going while paying the debts or CVA payments. I'm sick to death of it, why is there no form of punishment for the boards who do this? Surely the threat of a hefty fine,or not being able to claim back any money due etc would act as a deterrent and stop these chancers from messing with our clubs? That rant isn't aimed at you Jimmy, I'm just explaining why I spend a fair amount of time on dafc.net I know that is the club statement on it, but seriously what club at this level needs a board of directors to start up a youth training strategy? It's going to take a while to build up so surely one director is enough until the workload is too heavy for them then they can add more directors? That would be the usual way so there is definitely an ulterior motive, probably to get more cash right now. Have all the directors from the main football board been placed on the two new boards, or have some remained on the board, or left the club completely? I'm not talking about what anyone is earning, but just so that you know not all directors get paid by football clubs and often you have to pay a sum to be a director on a football club board, 50k I think is the average, so they could have made 150k from the three new directors they have just added. I don't know what the Hell you are going on about with your claim about Trusts being in debt, so I'll just ignore that. What I want to know is why have 3 different Ltd companies, all owned by the same man, involved in the one club? It seems very weird to me, anyone with business knowledge able to enlighten me as to why this would be favourable over the one company?

I would have asked these questions on dafc.net but I'd most likely be accused of being a troll or if they realised that I'm not a troll I wouldn't get an answer anyway because they don't seem to allow any questions about the directors on the football board. I'm confused by the bizarre set up. They have a football board of directors managed by DAFC Ltd. All non football events, with another board of directors managed by East End events. The youth strategy with yet another board of directors managed by Black and White Ltd. There has also been mention of a trust run by the club too. These are owned by the same man so I don't understand why they have been split into separate groups? It's not like it's a massive company spread throughout different regions that it needs so many directors. I've not got a clue about business so there may be a simple explanation for it but I've never seen it in a football club before. What would that mean if the club were to go through admin? Would it just be one of the companies, who is responsible for the debt, that would go through admin & the others would be safe? Or would they all be in trouble? I've got other questions but I'll see if anyone can answer that one first for me please? Thanks.

Well done Falkirk FC. This is definitely a case of biting the hand that feeds you in order to suck up to some greeting faced, overly sensitive Rangers fans, there is no chance they would have reacted like that to any other club! I know the tannoy guy & not only does he do that voluntarily but he does other things for the club too so the board seem to have shot themselves in the foot with this one. If I was him I'd tell them to do one. It might get worse though as you might get the Livi guy doing the banned shift as they are good mates who cover for each other & he can be a damn sight more controversial. Oh I really hope he puts the cat among the pigeons. Rangers fans need to grow a pair and stop acting so precious and looking to be the victim all the time, it's a football game not a feckin soap opera, man up!

Do they vote on who goes onto the main board? I've no faith in Doncaster whatsoever & it'll make me sick if he is on that board.

But if Doncaster is joining the SFA board, as his pal Hibee claims, then they won't be on the side of the fans for long either.

Pumphy are on their last legs at the moment, there was a meeting to discuss whether they could continue but I've not heard the outcome.
