  1. Y don't they just leave if they hate r cuntry
  2. 12-12-10-10 is shite because Partick don't get fucked over.
  3. I was more meaning that he spent a considerable amount of time more on the arbitration aspect than his own 'kick it oot' one and running through vast amounts of case law relevant to this. That suggests a nod that one is more relevant than the other.
  4. Me too, they spent not very much time on their own proposal and many many hours on the SPFL one.
  5. Hearts sending out statements like a middle aged woman sitting on Facebook who has seen photos of her ex with a younger woman.
  6. No, your QC is a Partick Thistle fan working for free. Not sure if Hearts are solely covering the rest of the costs on that basis.
  7. Tbf to them the Daily Record sports writers know absolutely f**k all about anything.
  8. Run that by me, who do we not plan on keeping that we have on furlough?
  9. Saw an article (Didn't get the link sorry) that the SPFL weren't going to be given the powers they wanted to make all decisions without a vote over the course of the next season. So if the SPFL lose (not for money) then they can't force through a reconstruction to cover their arses. That means it's fun time all round for those unaffected directly by these events in court no matter the outcome. My preference is still that Partick Thistle get relegated regardless of what happens to the other two.
  10. Majority of clubs put out statements every time they vote and this time round "Doesn't suit us" basically was what they all boiled down to, given they were being asked to look at a reconstruction proposal that involves each of their teams that's fine, not that the arbitration panel could do a thing about it if it was otherwise.
  11. Do they not realise that at no stage did Albion Rovers vote actually matter because the Premiership rejected everything.
  12. 14-14-14 was the first proposal, rejected. Then 14-10-10-10 but temporary then Rangers Colt Team idea then14-10-10-10 permenant was the final vote. Nobody took the hint that a 14 team top flight wasn't a goer at any stage.
  13. Groups that the Conservative and Unionist party will ensure gets no doubt...
  14. No, Budge proposed 14-14-14 I had moved onto her proposal and why it played a part in 14-10-10-10 never having a chance.
  15. Yes, a little bit of humility would likely have seen more empathy from others, many (most?) of those who were on the working group for reconstruction with her voted against her proposal so I presume that group wasn't exactly a roaring success In terms of getting clubs working together to suit as close to all as possible which likely didn't help either, then you get the proposal itself... Four teams getting sent to the bottom tier, a step closer than they were to being out the SPFL entirely (a bit more serious than just dropping a division) and it only being temporary meaning at a point in the future there would be a massive relegation event from the championship to bring it back to 10 team's, there was going to be a lot of pain for a lot of clubs rather than just the unfortunate 3 we currently have. Then Rangers came in and pissed everyone off making them all go through hour long PowerPoint presentations about colt teams Nobody gave a f**k anymore at that point and started thinking about next season.
  16. If they were big enough they would have made it up sooner than taking four seasons to get up, even Hibs managed quicker.
  17. The only *bad guys" thing Hearts did was the arrogance by Budge in her proposal where she couldn't help herself but remind all the clubs (why I don't know) that Hearts are a big club and the Premiership needs them, and then propose to send almost half of League One into the bottom tier for no real reason. Outwith that, no issue with what they have done, I would want Ayr to do the same. I was just pissing about, I've always said I don't want Hearts or Partick kicked out, it just fit nicely . I'm no fan of the 14 team top flight for absolutely selfish reasons and I am glad my club did not back it, no idea in the slightest why Inverness should be promoted nor why team's being relegated when the season ended was treated as surprising given that's what we do at the conclusion of the season every year.
  18. I for one cannot wait to sit about excited only to find out Leon Murphy has extended his contract.
