    The process of getting a physical ticket makes your point totally redundant though. Every time we sell them you have to turn up and stand in a queue to get it.

    This is the next side of the club they need to focus on, any aspect of technology used is always terrible. I wonder if part of the issue is connection speed, I had a look at Celtic TV for 5 mins earlier which is usually below TV quality but worlds better than our stream, it was the same crap picture and audio quality and buffered twice in those five minutes.
