  1. It's a bit high. Do they supply a ladder for when you want to photocopy your bum?
  2. Yeah, you can probably go there, drive around for half an hour and not find anything then drive back home. (You know how some places have a real buzz to them, Cumbernauld is not one of them). Edit: cannot spell then.
  3. When I try to do a b followed bracket on P&B posts it comes out like this B). Sometimes I like to make my points in structured formats. This does not help!
  4. A very well considered and well written post and it's difficult to disgree with many of the points. One issue it overlooks, however, is how little control fans at any club have over the workings of that club. We all support the clubs owners and directors when things are going well (and criticise them when their going badly) but rarely can we influence them. I know if Dundee City Council had of offered to build us a new stadium in the past I would have welcomed it and probably not thought to much about any future repercussions. Also most football clubs are parasites as well as victims of bigger parasites and this has been made far easier by Bosman. I feel angry when Zaluska goes to Celtic for nothing but am delighted when we pick up two quality players from Dundee for a song. For these reasons I feel sorry for Livi fans in the same way I would feel sorry for the fans of any club that is facing extinction.
  5. I have no strong feelings about Livingston FC one way or another, but I will feel really gutted for their fans if the club goes bust. I can only imagine how difficult it must be for any fan to loose his/her team and the fact that this has been hanging around for a while does not make it any easier. Undoubtedly if things do go pear shaped there will be the odd idiot that will gloat but I think the majority of football fans will share my sentiments. Good luck.
  6. Just spilled half a cup of coffee over my mouse. Sweary words.
  7. So if you have to sit behind a desk to earn a (barely) living wage as opposed to standing on a production line to earn a (barely) living wage you are no longer working class? Thanks I now understand this. PS the class system has everything to do with income. It suits the politicians, particularly on the right (and I include New Labour in this) to convince people they are no longer working class.
  8. Hoped that my thinly disguised plea for help would have elicited sympathy/empathy/offer of free shag from some lithesome P&B'r (preferably female) to help me rediscover my libido. Instead the most discussed topic is pregnancy sex. Obviously sex has changed from the last time I had it.
  9. Having reached a certain age, and having had a monogamous(ish) relationship for 30 plus years, the magic of sex has worn off. Not only that but looking back I wonder if it was as good as I remember it. Is it just me or is this a common experience? Given the age of many (most?) posters they may not understand or appreciate it - of course maybe they dread the day it happens to them.
  10. There are as many working class people in Britain as there have been for many years - the only difference is that somehow they have been convinced that they are middle class. OK Max?
  11. Earning money is important - sad but true. Sadder yet are the poor wankers (Could possibly drop the s) that seems to thing it´s the only important thing.
  12. On holiday so can´t be bothered posting but this deserves kudos. Sad thing is 5 pages in you´´re right.
  13. That' a terrible thing. I can give you details how to avoid it in future. Just e-mail me your new card details when you receive it and I will send back solution.
