  1. Try 'Vanishing Point' (1971?) version.............
  2. Notice T_S_A_R has dissapeared.............. either lodge meeting or extensive googling imo
  3. ? after taking the civil court route, dual contracts, etc etc. I think UEFA would not be pleased for another appeasment. ^^^^deliberate
  4. lol, not spellchecker, some keys don't work on laptop, so combo of onscreen keyboard and me being a fud is what it is Noted!
  5. It is not a UEFA requirement as far as I am aware but that isn't the point, but an SPL one. Don't need to have it, must be able to get it. They can't.
  6. The fact that Rangers need one, which they can't get re audited accounts. UEFA would go nuts if the SPL turned over on that being a criteria for the top flight. You do not need to have a license to play in the SPL, but, you 'need' to be able to qualify for one. Lower league Cup winners get dispensation to play in Europe as they need a license to do so, Rangers cannot get one.
  7. 'They' being the SPL? Platini would go apeshit. Sorry, no UEFA license, no SPL football. All the court cases, name changes etc don't matter. THIS is the most important aspect imo, and its hardly been touched upon. Without the ablility to qualify for a UEFA license. they are doomed.
  8. This thread will do Billy........... Btw, have Rangers registered a ground for the SPL for ext season? 01/06/12 cut off you know. A Newco might not get even that allowed............
  9. So a newco is the only way Rangers can play in SPL next season (subject to rules changes for this to happen for the newco to get license) ?
  10. Right T_S_A_R, answer me this. Rangers need a UEFA license to play in SPL next season, newco or not? ^^^^^^^^^^^^true? They CAN'T get one.
  11. Bullshit. By that reasoning there is no such thing as a loan. You are always paying for 'something' up front, whether it be a telly, a house or cash. Green is 'lending' youz, sorry , Rangers the cash to stay afloat, hence the interest charges. The season tickets do not specify 'which' games they will be entitled to see, so that doesn't wash re consumer rights.
  12. Right, Green has given them a loan of £8mil+ and season tickets are by their nature a loan from the fans (payment in advance). True? They are at last count a Gazzillion pounds in debt, and they still apply for credit? I would say get H+D to feck, but they are doing a grand (an hour) job!
  13. Ah, April, so thats why HMRC has been so quiet, they got a Dead Pool on page 1690 too
  14. The top one is fecked out, but there is still some 'play' in the lower one
