  1. From the same 2010/11 accounts I referred to a post or so ago.... £40m? ahem...
  2. Not 'exactly' what your after but from 2010/11 This obviously is what they owned up to, other contracts might need to be taken into account
  3. Interesting link from RMedia, don't know if this lot could get involved on their behalf. European Club Assoc. Celtic + Rangers are ordinary members, Hearts and Aberdeen associate members.
  4. Do they have enough reddies to cover the next tranch of tax? that I am sure somebody said was due 17/05??? that MUST be paid, and wages get paid when in the month?
  5. There are those on RM that agree with you, indeed would think you are underplaying it
  6. So the might not matter a hoot if HMRC get a move on then, the statement means nothing unless they were insolvent.
  7. Are they actually insolvent? In administration, yes, but they couldn't trade if insolvent??? No?
  8. The more you look at it, Green looks to be fronting a 'Webuyanyclub.com' operation. Damn, thats gonna be stuck in my head now
  9. So for less than half of what Ticketus speculated with they hope to get the whole shebang and not just the tickets? Nice. Wonder if the 20 just happen to be the same investors as backed Ticketus? Now that would be funny.
  10. A few folk have posted the song ''Its the end of the world as we know it (and I feel fine)'' as a good call for when they peg it. Going through old REM stuff afore they became 'too' wanky and I see it is from 'Document' (shredded perhaps?). The next album I notice is called................'Green' and the first single was 'Orange Crush' , prophetic I hope!
  11. Well they are in trouble For interest: 2011 2010 GBP'000 GBP'000 FIXED ASSETS Tangible assets 116,856 118,688 Intangible assets 8,626 11,594 Investments - -
  12. Catching up after logging on periodically at work, but whats the script with Ticketus?
  13. Is it possible the Thompson Twins agreed to the players reduction in wages in return to be able to go for sweeties in the summer, in order to reduce them as assets, thereby making liquidation not as attractive, thus promoting the newco pish they have been peddling? I wouldn't put it past them to use it as leverage with the creditors ie liquidation will get you hee haw, go with the CVA (knowing they won't get a CVA), and thus a newco was born. Great idea (for them) in a normal business, but football isn't. The SPL, SFA and Uefa are entities that are out of their ken.
  14. How does resigning work? Do they rip up original contract and implement a new one? Was the ban on new registrations?
  15. ''men of mystery'' then posts a picture of Austin Powers, International Man of Mystery.
  16. Questions: With all agreed that a CVA is unlikely, what avenues do the creditors have to stop a newco? Does a winding up order prevent this? Can D+P still be removed as they are punting the club with an eye on a newco, therefore not in the interests of the creditors? Personally I still think RFC are fecked terminally but I dont know how it can play out. The requirement that SPL clubs need a Uefa licence is comforting that a newco would be in the SFL at best but it seems to have been underplayed of late. Could the SPL change this without Uefa going tits or incurring sanctions themselves?
  17. Everytime I hear 'warchest', I think of Raiders of the Lost Ark and imagine Sallys face when he opens it to find that it is his end Rangers of the Lost Park perhaps?
