  1. The best critique was by a currant themselves , 3 or 4 pages back I think, posted by Tedi
  2. if by my logic......... ''in this case the prospectus has been approved by the FSA, it says so'' could be bullshoite.........
  3. meh, I was funnin with the ''where does it say'' part.... I have no doubt that Fraud has been commited by Chucky + Co all the way through the saga, why would one more case matter? As it is not regulated by the FSA who knows what they can get away with omiting.
  4. ? i'm not doubting Amigo, but why don't they mention the charge held over them?
  5. Duelling, gotta love it...... ^^^ love how the old boy goes and gets another one and a real life one from 1967
  6. For how long will they put up with Rangers though? Furthermore, clubs who fulfil the sporting, financial, legal and organisational criteria as set out in the ECA Membership Policy can apply for ECA Associated Membership. And if you are a member there will be a fee.......
  7. ta, thought it had something to do with G14 Edit for...... so it is to represent the interests of clubs. Therefore as it is in the interest of The Rangers to be seen as a continuation of Rangers, they are just saying what they must say...
  8. 'Cos I looked at their site when the oldco were whining like bitches about appealing to them......can't even remember why though I suspect it was to do with transfer of membership. And to save me going back again, what do they actualy doo () ? Ie what clout do they have?
  9. If £20m is raised at launch I would consider it a successful floatation. And stick that in your sig if you want. The consequences are kinda irrelevant, as someone said earlier today it is win/win.
  10. To save searching back on the thread, is this the org that Oldco were appealing to afore their death (April/ May / June??)? If it is the one that only (from memory) had Celtic, the dead club, Aberdeen and Hearts as members is it that important?
  11. Ta , so by your logic, the issue is doomed to failure. Interesting take I must say.
  12. 'Mon Bennett, I'm waiting. And as I've the works doo tonight I would like to get pished sooner than later
  13. So you advise everyone not to buy shares until 2 or 3 years accounts are published which would show a healthy business? ETA....baaa.....
  14. If you had been around earlier in the thread you would see that my prediction for the next couple of seasons was to win it this year comfortably, tighter the next and who knows in the following, and that I would be delighted if it became like the early 80's again And as for my 'real agenda', I would think by my posts that was plain. To see the death of a team in blue that plays at Ibrox. It has happened once which made me very happy, the 2nd time will be sweeter still.
  15. As I alluded to in the original post with the gif (lol...in-joke) are you buying shares in a Trust that has shares in the Company that owns the Holding Company which has ownership of the club? Thats more steps than the Empire State Building. Must make you feel really connected to the soon to be International Rangers FC..... FFS Tedi, you are one of the more savvy bears on here, close to getting Yogi status. But buy shares and its one of the Hairbrained Bunch Bennett, Kincardine and Bendarroch ?
  16. Yeh, tis buttered up no doubt but there is grains of truth in it. If your rst membership lapses you must sell your share. For that to happen there must be some other person willing to invest afore you get your cash. And if your membership lapses say in Jan 2013 then you would have to wait 3 years for that to happen. Lining the bachelors pockets methinks.....the fat oily 2 faced pig that he is.
  17. ^^^^ now in possession of a frozen spaceman.......be afraid......
  18. Tedi, if the last part of this is true, ie lapse of Trust membership, then burn yer cash, less painfull....
  19. yep, but as the real life Aunti Phil stays here, ya never know..........
  20. Went to empty the overflowing ashtray in the car for the first time in months and I pop it out to find a note on a scrap of paper. ''remember Maddies in the boot''...........
