  1. To be fair we are at least the equal in understanding financial matters, as the so called 'business' men who killed your old club
  2. Fair enough. I remember at the time the debate was whether or not the RFF giving cash for the bill meant that the bill was paid or still outstanding, and that it was upto the person due the cash. They 'could' have accepted the cash and remained a creditor.
  3. I remember he got the cash from was it the RFF???? but did he write off the bill? I cannae mind seeing the final outcome.
  4. Nice try but he posts on here under that name too, unless its your alias account
  5. i reckon this thread has got rid of a few genuine bluenoses with IP bans But then again, was this one genuine
  6. Well good old Keeps01 from here has grassed me up , but the question is, am I the OP or not
  7. http://forum.rangersmedia.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=237403 ^^^^ one of the more amusing threads from there in a while, a guy who joined up 15/02/12 with 2 posts in total has started this thread about Ladbrokes virtual racing having a runner called ''no hvns in the SPL'' A few demands for the promised screenshot, but a quick google by me gives....... http://www.ladbrokesraceclubs.com/Betting/HorseDetails.aspx?HorID=62235BF They will go tits when someone looks further instead of just threatening to withdraw their business
  8. Aaaaaaaaaaaand calm, as Bendarroch scurries back to the Orc forums for an update on the art of deflection. Give him 30 minutes
  9. Sorry, this one bypassed me..... Invent answers?????? On ye go, what have I invented.
  10. From Accountancylive last week............. Ah, but you are playing on the fact of the Liquidators not being in place, to avoid the question as to whether or not you accept that one of the powers of a Liquidator would be to reverse the sale
  11. Dhenbhoy, just substitute 'the to be appointed Liquidator'' for ''BDO'', problem/arguement solved. Bendarroch is only playing on the fact they are not (yet) appointed.
  12. It wasn't a question on what you think might happen, it was a question as to whether or not you accept that one of the powers of a Liquidator would be to reverse the sale. Through all the deflection I can finally see that, yes, Bendarroch accepts a Liquidator could reverse the sale of the assets to Charles Green. That pleases me. Not whether or not the Liquidator does, but that you accept that he could. Though obviously if he did that would please me more than a very pleasy thing.
  13. So the phrase ''any Liquidator that is appointed could challange/overturn the sale to Charles Green'' is absolutely true then as far as you are concerned? Good.
  14. Fair dos , BDO won't be appointed until the creditors to the dead club sign off Burke + Hares fees...... this month.... So, if he had said ''any Liquidator that is appointed could challange/overturn the sale to Charles Green'', would you have any problem with that wording????
  15. Considering there is a few folk wae cameras out I reckon the poor fecker is on the receiving end of an Orcagram.........
  16. Not really, if they go tits up I win a shed load of cash so can easily afford the ton, if they last until the start of next season The RNLI get some tainted money. Best result for me (financialy) would be they finish 2nd and don't go out of business
  17. I think so, did StandFree not recently post a screenshot after winding folk up about whether or not he had paid one?
  18. Thats why no RSPCA Cancer Research is a bugbear of mine through their giving cash to the fascists at ASH. Funding a rabid cessation pressure group is not 'Research' in my eyes and I will never give them a penny.
  19. Possibly be in one, but I dont think any procedings would be necessary. The links to Green are too strong. Why else would Stockbridge be sent to Bearsden in March for example.... Remember this quote?
  20. If the floating charge thing is true, the sale to Green effectivly valued the assets @£33m (£5.5m for the assets + £27.5m of secured debt on them) so possibly rules out BDO challanging the sale on the 'undervalued' aspect. But would allow the recovery of the £27.5m by Whyte I think.
  21. Not up to speed on this Tedi, but can the floating charge be applied whilst in liquidation process or does it need to be completed first?
  22. Tell you what Youngsy, re charity bet offer. If I am right I donate a ton to the charity of your choice, if you are right, vice versa. The Rangers must die before the start of next season and no 3rd Zombification allowed. *subclause 1 of 1 , as long as your charity isn't Cancer Research or RSPCA.
  23. From the Sun.......... So, Whyte gets hit with a bill and calls in his floating charge on Newco as long as oldco is liquidated soon. Plausible........
