Fair enough. I remember at the time the debate was whether or not the RFF giving cash for the bill meant that the bill was paid or still outstanding, and that it was upto the person due the cash. They 'could' have accepted the cash and remained a creditor.

I remember he got the cash from was it the RFF???? but did he write off the bill? I cannae mind seeing the final outcome.

It wasn't a question on what you think might happen, it was a question as to whether or not you accept that one of the powers of a Liquidator would be to reverse the sale. Through all the deflection I can finally see that, yes, Bendarroch accepts a Liquidator could reverse the sale of the assets to Charles Green. That pleases me. Not whether or not the Liquidator does, but that you accept that he could. Though obviously if he did that would please me more than a very pleasy thing.

If the floating charge thing is true, the sale to Green effectivly valued the assets @£33m (£5.5m for the assets + £27.5m of secured debt on them) so possibly rules out BDO challanging the sale on the 'undervalued' aspect. But would allow the recovery of the £27.5m by Whyte I think.
