Are you on Xbox One? I started the first set up mission last night but failed twice in a row because the guy I was with kept shooting out the window when we were driving and it attracted the cops. I'm pretty sure he did it on purpose the second time because he was annoyed that he didn't get to drive. I haven't played this online in ages so I'm not sure who out of the people that were in the crew on the 360 are now on Xbox One but anyone who is and wants to get a few games, let me know.

Oh and has anyone played Fallout 3 or New Vegas on Windows 8.1? I've read that people have had some bother getting them to work on Windows 8, particularly Fallout 3.

Yeah I did get it, I've had some mixed results so far. I tried to start GTA IV and it was saying there was only 27mb of GPU memory available even though the graphics card has over 1gb. Apparently this is because intel integrated graphics on windows only reports a small amount of memory and then allocates more as and when it's needed, unfortunately some games only read the smaller number and then don't run properly. I got a mate to look at it and he see if he could sort it but he said that basically there's nothing you can do. The Walking Dead runs fine though so it's only certain games it affects. I'm gonna wait until there's something that interests me on sale on steam and see if it will work okay. I don;t want to spend too much money if it could end up being wasted.

It does need to be a laptop for space/portability and I've also got an Xbox so I can't really justify getting a desktop at the moment. I'm needing a new laptop and really gaming is a bit of an after thought for it and when I saw that one I thought maybe it would be able to run some games at least on lower settings. Do you think it's just the graphics card that's the issue with it? If that's the case then do you think I'd be able to get a decent replacement for relatively cheap or would you be talking hundreds? Like I said I've got an Xbox so I'd really be looking to use it for games a few years older like Fallout/Skyrim and maybe some pc exclusives if that makes any difference.

I posted this in the laptop advice thread on the technology forum but I wonder if anyone in here could help me out. I'm looking to get a new laptop soon and I'm trying to decide whether or not it would be worth it to pay a bit extra for one that I can play games on. I've had a look on PC World, among other places, and while the gaming specific laptops are out of my price range they have cheaper ones which I think might be ok. This is the one I'm looking at http://www.pcworld.c...-pdt.html#cat-0 I don't know a great deal about minimum requirements and that kind of thing but I've done a bit of googling and it seems that this should be able to run most games okay, although I'm not sure about the graphics card. Correct me if I'm wrong though. I'm not looking to play everything on high settings and I'd be playing some older games like Fallout so I just need it to be good enough to run quite smoothly. I'd probably be willing to spend about £500 maximum but ideally a bit less than that. Any input would be appreciated. Any thoughts? I've done a bit more googling and it seems like maybe the graphics card would only be able to handle games like minecraft but the processor and memory is okay but to be honest I'm really not sure.

I don't think the guy that saw Rick under the bed was killed, think he was just knocked unconscious. In fact I'm sure he was in the scene with Daryl in the latest episode. I expect it's going to end up with Rick and the rest of them facing up against the bandits.

This has been taken over by hacks. Playing for a few hours today I've seen loads of massive bounties, messages asking if I can hack, loads of people going about in tanks, someone in a tank repeatedly blowing my car up and I was being charged for it and now I've been given 34 million.Evey lobby has loads of folk going about in tanks and attack helicopters, it just ruins it and I hope people like me and the others on here that have been given money don't get punished.

I'm not sure that Lily and her sister will still be around when it returns but the more people scattered around the better it could be I think. On the dissected animal, I reckon it was Bob, I'm sure he was sitting with a shoebox at that part of the prison when Tyrese and Daryl (maybe?) came up to him and he was acting really shifty but then they got distracted by something and we never found out what was in the box. Also he was an army medic so would know what he was doing and is just a bit mental/is an alchy.

Hmm I dunno, I'm not convinced by that.

Hopefully it's for real and if it is a next gen exclusive then it will probably be the thing that makes me get one of them.

Saw this the other day and read a couple articles about it. Apparently that site is registered to ZeniMax Media, the company that owns Bethesda but there is also evidence that suggests it may be a hoax. Hopefully it's legit as Fallout is probably me favourite series.

I haven't started watching this season yet as I just haven't really been that interested for some reason. I was going to start watching them back to back but that article above has put me off a little bit, is it right that Brody has only been in one episode so far?

I think that would be a bit too obvious. I reckon it's someone else and the stuff about the wee girl naming the walkers and being a bit weird has been put in to throw us off. I would recommend getting an armoured van and going on the rampage online. If you give Lester a call and select the locate vehicle option it will come up on your map. Lots of fun to be had.

I can understand that, especially with things like the servers not working well at first, and the people that were going mental at rockstar were ridiculous but when it can't even save your progress it kind of makes it difficult to want to continue playing.
