  1. Thank you, KB. If we had an affiliation with MK Dons that would mean an annual pre-season friendly, which brings in a few quid. Plus, we are both franchises. I like to see Livingston and MK Dons as good friends.
  2. Britain should leave the EU, we don't need the help of foreigners. Livingston and MK Dons should have an affiliation, similar to Rangers and Hamburg. FC Barca are fucking scum. The Premiership is the best league in the world. Religion should be banned. It's a motive for hatrid. Foreign flags should be banned at all UK football grounds. I am the best poster on P&B. All are facts, not really opinions.
  3. 80s music is the best. Your selection was top notch. well done.

I'm glad to hear you look out for the livingston results. In 2 years time we'll be back in the SPL, hopefully we'll be challenging you for the title in 3.

  4. Btw, well done on the Celebration thread. Some of your music choice was quite good.

  5. Yeah, I wish I had the time to spend my weekend posting over 100 times on an internet forum. Well done to pb, massive achievement, one to be proud of.

And well done to yo too, on your post count.

  6. "La Liga" is a bore and Barca are scum. Spread the word.

  7. I never said he was beatable on clay. Infact, previously, I said something along the lines of he will win the vast majority of clay court touraments and nobody will really challenge him, on that surface. As for the hard courts, once Murray wins one slam on this surface I thik more will follow. Murray has it in his game to be a much better player, and certainly able to give Rafa a run for his money. I find the comment in bold insulting, you clearly don't have the tennis knowledge I have. Federer, Borg, Laver, Sampras and possibly even Jimmy Connors have all been better than Nadal, so far. Murray may not equal Nadal's amount, but he'll certainly overtake him in the rankings, eventually. My money is on Murray to win 3/4 slams, by the end of his career.
  8. Something funny, H_B? Nadal's knees cannot cope with the hard court. 2 of the 4 slams are on that surface, as well as the majority of the masters events. Murray, on the other hand is the best player in the world on the hard courts, and can only get better at his age, as he doesn't have the injury problems that Nadal does. I also believe that Murray can improve on the grass courts aswell. Nadal isn't going to get any better. In 2 years time, Nadal will dominate the clay court events, as that's by far his strongest surface, but Murray will be the dominant force on hard court. I think Murray can be a better player than Nadal, overall.
  9. Completely agree with that. Very similar to James Blake. I think Gulbis is a good player. As you say he needs maturity and experience, which will make him a better player. His lifestyle means that he didn't have the desire to do as well as some of the top players. I've not saw a lot of Dimitrov, but I've heard him being rated highly, I don't know enough about him to comment on where he could possibly be in 2 years time. I still think there is more to come from Tsonga. Okay, he may not win a slam, but he could possibly challenge and get to a couple finals and perhaps win a masters title or two. I can remember Del Potro performing very well at Wimbledon about 4 years ago, in the first round, when he was very young. He doesn't seem to play well at Wimbledon though, I've heard rumours that he doesn't like spending time in the UK and that he didn't get on well with Murray in the juniors because of nationality. He's still a fantastic hard court player though.
  10. I don't think that winning a slam means that you will be a dominant force. Ivanisevic won Wimbledon near the end of his career and was never really a dominant force in the game. Perhaps I rate Del Potro a little highly, but I seriously believe that he has a bright future. I saw him at Wimbledon about 4 years ago and you could tell he was a massive talent. I'd be very surprised if he wasn't a major threat. I don't think I'm overrating Tsonga, either. He'll certainly be better than Querry, who I don't rate too highly. I may be proved wrong. Ernests Gulbis is an interesting player. He certainly has the potential to be a class player, but he's too inconsisitent and doesn't the desire the others have. You rate him quite highly, judging by your avatar? Cilic has a big serve, he'll be decent, top 8, yes. I don't think he'll be a major threat. Don't know too much about Grigor Dimitrov, he's only about 18/19, in 2 years he might not quite be challenging Tsonga. Donald Young won't be anywhere near Tsonga in 2 years.
  11. Del Potro has proved that he is capable of winning a slam. I'd imagine that by the end of his career, he'll have another 3/4 major titles. Cracking player. Berdych is overrated, I'll agree with you there. Done very well to get to the final of Wimbledon. A one off, similar to Fernando Gonzales at the Australian in 2007. I think Soderling will eventually win 1 grand slam, possibly the French if Nadal gets injured, or has a major blip. Tsonga has enough potential to win at least 1 slam, he's a very good player. His backhand down the line is exceptional. Federer has another 2 years left in him, I think he'll still win another 2/3 slams. When he retires the best players in order will be: Murray, Nadal, Del Potro, Djokovic, Tsonga. Soderling will be in and around there for a limited time. Well played Murray, I tip him forn the next 2 GS events.
  12. Who's that in your avatar, PB? He looks like this guy who was in the BNP campaign group for Livingston in May.

  13. No. Del Potro is underrated, I think he could even be better than Murray in a few years time. He's already won a slam and hasn't reached anywhere near his peak yet. Fantastic player. Murray can also still improve, and when he wins his first slam, which I believe will be the US next month, he will gain confidence and start to dominate more. He just needs to work on his first serve %. Djokovic isn't good enough. He's peaked, in my opinion and should not be ranked at 2, although that's the way it works. Nadal can't play any better. He'll dominate the clay court events, but I reckon he'll retire pretty young, too many injuries. Federer is too old now, unfortunately, still the best in history and nobody will be as good as him, ever. I think Soderling will be a cracking player, he's really strong on all surfaces and a dangerous opponent. Infact, for the first time ever, I was wrong. I reckon Del Potro, Murray and Soderling will be the dominant forces, within the next few years. Tsonga is good, but again, not as good as those player, I stil think he'll win a slam.
  14. I'm pleased Nadal got pumped, just there. He's a total p***k and I frequently jeer the TV whenever he is on. He'll never be as good as Fed. The sooner his knees completely f**k up and he is forced to sadly retire, whilst his many fans sob because of the terrible news, the better. Absolutely despise all of this "Vamos Rafa" bullshit, f**k off. As for Murray, well played, clearly the better player on the American hard court. I think now that Federer is past his best, Murray is the best on that surface. I tip him in the following US and Australian Open events. Whether it be Federer, or Djokovic, I think he'll win tomorow. Once Murray wins one slam, the others will follow more easily, and it will be Murray and Del Potro who will dominate the tennis world. Nadal will only win the clay events, and everybody knows they are shit.
  15. Of course.

Arsenal will win the premiership this season. Cardiff will be lucky to make the play-offs.

  16. Who do you prefer, Sheff Wed, or Sheff U?

  17. I don't watch "La Liga", it only comes on, on a Saturday/Sunday night. On Saturday evenings I go to Raj's Curry House after a Livingston game. On Sunday evening's I like to eatch Songs of Praise and The Antiques Roadshow.

If Arsenal get to the CL final I shall be there, I will bring you back a programme.

  18. Looking forward to the new Premiership season, PB? I think it could be the best ever. Arsenal Vs. Chelsea CL Final, btw.

  19. Whose got the BRAGAng rights arond here?

  20. Chicken Madras with boiled rice, peshwari naan & spiced papadums. Quite nice, like. 7/10, not saucy enough, but fairly spicy. I cook the best curry in the whole of North Livingston.
