Might be clutching at straws but just seen ex Peterhead player Ben armour was followed by the official twitter and he also follows us.

I'm sure @LeodhasXD would be glad to have an extra hand?

Also do we need pictures ect just now, surely a couple of lines of text most fans would be happy just to know who we have signed and the pictures could follow in 10 days when pre season training starts.

Fair enough your absolutely due time off, surely the club must have a contingency plan for you being off.

I agree with you if it was sorted last week why is it not announced early this week? Also I'd like to know the full official make up of the backroom staff ect. I know its not @LeodhasXD fault but the communication does need to be better from the club.

3 new signings to be announced this week

Barry just said on Go radio that he's got the paperwork done for 3 players to come in and it will be announced next week.

Ex player John Gibson is in as goalkeeping coach.

I do think it's poor its been over an hour since the media unveiling and we haven't seen or heard anything at all, just looks a bit amateur.

Barry Ferguson confirmed on the Go radio football show that Steven heatheringtonn wants a shot at full time again and has signed for yous. Gutted to see him go.

Said the rest of the backroom staff will be decided over the next week or so. As much as I can't stand Malcolm or the type of person he is, if Ferguson thinks it's a man that should be on his backroom staff and adds something while he's an Alloa Athletic employee I'll back him and the club 100% until he gives me a reason not too when he is working for the club. Hate to say it as I really don't like him as a person but regardless who the manager or backroom staff is I'll always back the club. Can I ask out of interest @whereismillar what do you mean by breaking point? Not buying a season ticket or going to game's?

Ferguson was on Go radio football show tonight and spoke very well about the job and how he's excited for the season ahead with Alloa. Said there are 10/11 players already signed up from last season and wants to add at least 7 or 8 to add to the quality thats already there. Also confirmed paddy connelly is staying in his backroom staff.

If its not possible to be live streamed a recorded version put out afterwards would still be a good watch.

@LeodhasXD Any way if there is a media conference on Thursday morning or whenever we have a media conference to unveil a new manager it could be live streamed on you tube or something?

Loads of fans from other clubs in the past have said loads of times " he's shite and won't do anything for you" about quite a few players we have signed over the years and the majority have turned out to be very good for us. The most recent example was ayr fans about Innes Cameron in January and he was unreal for us. Ferguson might not be everyone or anyone's first choice but If that is who Mike thinks is the best option to take us forward then I'm 100% behind him and willing to give him a chance to prove himself. He might have learnt alot from his spells at clyde and Kelty and be a better manager as a result and prove the majority of the opinions on this forum about him wrong.

Id imagine @LeodhasXD would get that sorted out post game, everything is perfect at my end.

Really can't believe we still haven't brought more loan players in to give more options in our squad everyone else around us has but we bring in 1. The last few games we've desperately needed fresh legs but grant seems reluctant when it's evident alot of players are running on empty. Think it's Grants time to go now, poor recruitment has really cost us and I can't believe he continues with stevie on the left when we desperately need him in the middle. Too many mistakes getting made game after game. I really fear that when we go down to league 1 that we will really struggle to get back up and end up becoming an East Fife and be in league 1 for years too come. Big few months ahead.
