Aye, somehow got my dates mixed up.

Thinking of watching at the steep bit at the bottom of the Crow. Then I can get back in time for Alloa v Stirling and watch the rest of the race in the evening with a couple of beers.
Assume there will be no spoilers at the football.

https://histordle.com/yeardle/Piss. My run of ends at 61. That one was a stinker with the red herring that was put in.

The boss of Coutts, Peter Flavel, has now resigned.
But Coutts have the last laugh on Farage. News on Flavel's replacement:
QuoteMohammad Kamal Syed is set to take over as the boss of Coutts on an interim basis.

Great stage today. Valliant attempt by Pinot but the GC boys showed their class and delighted for Pog to get the stage, albeit that's very much 2nd prize. Great showing by the Yates's as well.
I remember an interview with self-confessed doper David Millar that after he stopped doping he was still able to perform brilliantly on some days, just not day after day after day. For that reason I believe Pog is genuine. He is brilliant, a lot of the time, but has bad days too. Can't say the same for everyone...
Prescient post below, although it didn't happen the way I expected.

Ah well, it was fun while it lasted.

Vingegaard is suspicious for sure. Regardless of what 'assistance' he may or may not have had, it's disappointing for the race as a whole because barring something very odd he's already won it.

Awesome stage. Watching the GC battle in the last 5km was mesmerising.

That was an insane effort from Pogacar.
Loving this close fight between Pog and Vin. I'm delighted that my prediction of a 5+ min win for Vin is proving utter mince.

https://histordle.com/yeardle/Holy shit, that was some save. Had it narrowed down to a 3000 year window for the first guess.

Especially off the back of y/day. He was bang in form & doesn’t now get the chance for a Paris farewell.
Seemed completely innocuous.
Think his thousand yard stare, whilst in the back of the ambulance, says it all.
Yeah, after yesterday I thought he had a really good chance of winning a stage.
Bike racing is a cruel sport sometimes.

Yeah, said the alignment was slightly out & jumping back & forth.
Outright most wins on the Tour but for a half turn on the barrel adjuster.

So close for Cav. I was going mental when he shot out from behind. But Philipsen is Cavving this tour.

Ooft, Pog you little tease! I did not expect that and it was great.

You think Hindley won’t get caught, in an Oscar Pereiro fashion?
No, I think Vingegaard will win by 5+ minutes.

I think today's stage confirmed the 2 horse race.
Looks like a 1 horse race now.

Unlucky, that was a tough one. Got lucky with my 4th guess.

Don't recall a road stage with no breakaway before.

Got it on a 50/50 after being 500 years out with the first guess.
