In the last 20 minutes we wasted ball after ball with aimless punts, as said even Obeleye had two in a row which went nowhere. Devoid of ideas going forward. Shields was on fire for us before he was injured but he was not on fire today. Mebude ineffective. And yes, was that East or McGrorie who set them up for the winner? I saw what they were trying to do but it was miscued behind our defender (Gibson). Still not sure how Oliver got a free header. it was like our early season form....

Sign Obileye now for next season. Otherwise others will start sniffing around....

Looking forward to highlights. Still haven’t seen the penalty (and save) which I am hoping will be in highlights. Also missed the goal, although I saw it briefly in the package at the end.

I thought the stream and commentary was fine. I found it amusing when our third went in and the commentator said that was game over, the points were heading back to Dumfries ( or similar). I guarantee there wasn’t a Queens fan watching who was as confident, we’re quite capable of shipping late goals. And although we did win, that was a nerve shredding last 10 minutes....

Regarding Gibson’s goal, he’d had a practice run 15 minutes before when it was just over the bar. I thought he should have passed that time, but he is now forgiven.....

Dundee fans may not believe this but I thought you were better than Hearts or ICT. We rode our luck but we conceded 2 sloppy goals - how did Marshall get a free header for his goal? We cannot hope to concede that much possession and win every week, but delighted with the win. Nerves shredded, again.

Just seen the goal again. Joseph controlled the ball well with his first touch and went by the first ICT guy like he wasn’t there. What is more interesting is that Norte started deep in his own half and sprinted 40/50 metres to be there for the pass. Two ICT players seemed to be jogging back until Norte was ahead of them and by then it was too late. It was still a great pass from Joseph and a tidy finish. Sorry I can’t name the ICT players, I’ll let one of the ICT fans do the honours. It was typical of the many goals we were conceding until the turn of the year, good attacking play but woeful defending.

I thought Breen did OK, I didn’t see him make any obvious mistakes, and the defence had a lot to do SH as our midfield was over-run. Morton were poor first half, but were much better in the second, we did seem to steady the ship in the last quarter after a very rocky 10/15 minutes after Morton scored. Very tense SH, we don’t do easy wins. But, compared to a few weeks ago, we’re now digging out results and getting the breaks ( like THAT miss).

For second goal we casually gave away an unecessary corner. I await replay of free kick

My only trip to Inverness following Queens was around 94/95 and we lost 1-0 to a late goal ( was it an OG)? I remember the Queens fans sang the wheelbarrow song for the entire second half. Still not sure why. I’m struggling to remember if I’ve ever seen Queens beat ICT. Although I did win the HT draw at an ICT game about 3 years ago ( we lost that one 2-0).

Dykes from the spot for QPR against Forest

Can I be the first to point out that Dykes scoring rate is better for Scotland than it was for Queens. Still find it hard to believe but delighted to see him doing well.

Strikes me that Connor seemed to (almost) only score ‘screamers’, there were some cracking goals there
