2. my post put up this afternoon was worthy of a Pulitzer prize or Perrier award but has disappeared. Cannae mind what i wrote but i ken it was quality along the lines o fcuk sevco. My maw said it was funny too but she's as senile as me.
3. All this talk of imminent Armageddon maybe the Mayan's have it right after all eh
4. Apologies if posted already but I am so happy to still have a team to support. Just when i thought all hope was gone this - At an Emergency Board Meeting held at Central Park tonight (4th July 2012) the Board again considered the matter. The Board decided that it would support any application by “Rangers” to join the SFL but would vote against the present proposal which, amongst other matters, would admit “Rangers” directly into the First Division of the SFL. This decision has been taken in the interests of football and the best interests of Cowdenbeath FC. A Board spokesman said “If integrity in our game is to survive, then Rangers must start off SFL life in the Third Division. This is an SPL problem but the Clubs of that league have taken their decision for reasons which they must explain to all Scottish football supporters. The SPL and SFA should have resolved this long before now. They have tried to pass the buck to the SFL clubs and have tried to force them to accept “Rangers” into the First Division – to provide the greatest benefit to the SPL. This lacks any integrity and casts a dark shadow over our game. Cowdenbeath FC condemns this approach. The Board is in no doubt that our stance is consistent with integrity and the long term financial future of our Club. We ask all supporters of what ever Club, who share our views, to rally round and back us in the Season ahead”. Now to send an apologetic email to my club for my disparaging email sent last week.
5. Not a good situation for anyone. They have destroyed football in Scotland. I was really surprised at you 75% in favour of Div 1 tonight though.
6. My team are dead to me already as I'm pretty sure how we will vote. And as for being self righteous, if never watching my team, that I have supported for 47 years, ever again then I am guilty as charged. E-mailed club but you know and I know that won't matter to him. So don't dare think he speaks for the majority of Cowdenbeath supporters.
7. Aye your right, your club will suffer, so let them in as it's only integrity we're selling here. Look out for number 1eh!
8. our owners have no interest in the club just the ground hence we are homless at the end of coming season
9. Sorry if already posted but sadly just found our vice chairman's comments on his feeling on sevco in the first division. "The current educated speculation is that a newcoRangers may be relegated to Division 1 and this can only be good news for a club like Cowdenbeath. We would relish two trips to Ibrox plus two all-ticket games at Central Park. We would also be looking for two full houses against old rivals Dunfermline who we open the season against at Central Park.'' As a Cowden fan in exile I am deeply saddened by John Lints comments. If the club vote for newco rangers to enter the first Division (not relegated as Mr Lints suggests as Rangers are deid) sadly I will never watch the team again. This decision I do not take lightly. From being a ballboy going through the agony of missing out on promotion v Queens Park in 79 ish, the sheer joy of days like winning promotions and leagues v alloa, brechin, elgin etc. These days are some of my best days on this earth, however, selling sporting integrity for 30 pieces of silver is inexcusable. Never thought I'd see the day when I felt ashamed of the club I have loved since I was a boy. Even in the likely event of the newco losing the vote but Cowden vote yes the club will be dead to me. Therefore the brothers grim can go ahead sell the club to sevco/newco whatever they are and be exaulted as heroes by the Bigot Brothers as keeping the vile traditions of sectarianism alive and well.
10. Poz I salute you sir. This is it in a nutshell. It is not only a footballing scenario. It is probably Scotland's best and maybe only way to rid our society of the cancer that is sectarianism. With no Rangers for the blue bigots to gather round and no Rangers for the green bigots to gather in opposition to, within a generation sectarianism in Scotland could be all but be eradicated. So come all ye chairmen out there be you SPL or SFL, we implore you ,grasp this nettle for good of our country.
11. Your uncle marrying ootside o the village? Why would he do that when he has two sisters to choose fae? Steelend the most in-bred village in Scotland fact. So take it easy on this poor creature, He is a victim of his own gene pool.
12.

I think the phrase naw you feck off comes tae mind. Us "diddies" have teams hate. St Mirren/ Morton Falkirk/ Dunfermline etc. I hate Dunfermline with a passion not something i'm exactly proud of but there it is. But i despise the OF the vast majority of their surrporters are vile arrogant bigoted pot hunting bast**ds. Thats the reason why, i at least, hate the OF FTOF
