No that certainly wasn't me. No doubting his delivery from set pieces is a huge asset but he almost seems to be above reproach these days. You clearly have a different opinion of his contribution to the game than myself which is fair enough but i certainly wouldn't describe his shift as "incredible." I don't dislike Muirhead btw and although him gifting possession was indeed deep in the Hearts half it was that which led to the goal no matter how you dress it up. Incredible is best suited to the performances of the likes of Power and in particular, Strapp.

He's always infuriated me. Maybe it'll never be his game but he never shows any aggression or willingness to go in where it hurts and all too often he's simply brushed off the ball which is why nothing stuck up front last night and in a game against Hearts you can't carry passengers. As I say maybe I'm being overly critical but we needed more from him in the absence of Oakley.

I think the fact we were in a decent attacking position when he decided to throw himself to the ground which ultimately led to the Hearts winner maybe undermined an otherwise adequate performance

Muirhead incensed me and all the boys I stand with. He sold the jerseys for that goal and put in a pitiful performance when we needed him to step up to the plate. Why VT has red dotted you I've no idea.

Oakley was on Radio Scotland this morning and more or less confirmed he'd miss out.

I've seen this film many times before. Arrogant, dismissive fans of the big club versus pessimistic, doom-mongering Morton fans. Surely only one outcome then.

He didn't "get injured." He was deliberately taken out by Taylor-Sinclair but I'm sure you knew that.

Morton fans have lost a fair bit of confidence going forward with the news Oakley, Mullen and Wilson could miss the next few games, with the latter potentially out for the season. That's more or less the spine of our team gone. We toil badly without Oakley up top.

Yeah we almost certainly are but Utd still have to come to Greenock twice and we've taken 4 points from 6 at Tannadice so how things pan out over the next 2 matches will define our season.

Yes. I still expect Utd to win it. I'm just making the point that had we not been utterly decimated with injuries early doors that 14 point gap would almost certainly not have existed.

We couldn't fill our bench until around the start of November and haven't lost since. I'd say it's very fair comment.
