Might have a punt on Master Overseer 16/1 in the Midlands National. If it gets back to its best then its got at least an each-way chance.

I currently run 15 minutes on the treadmill everyday which covers around 2.5 miles. Can someone who knows there stuff tell me if this a reasonable pace or should i be aiming to cover more distance? Cheers

Got 1 of the 20 available places for sports journalism at UWS not bad considering 150 were interviewed.
