  1. I liked Chris Fahey tbh, but all that good work in that season went to shit after those identical blunders really fucked it for me. My mates and i were a bit drunk and at half time we were wondering if he had taken a bung to throw the game, nonsense for sure, but how he made those shocking decisions in the first place made us wonder. Another ex keeper that got on my tits was Ally Brown, it was at home against Brechin or any game to be honest. But that particular match, in which a bread and butter gather was all that was required and then he let it go past him, the ball hits off 2 goal posts and in. Then had the hard neck to feign injury, i lost my voice for 2 days after the abuse he got that day.
  2. Tesla, The great radio controversy. This album never gets old. And earlier The Quireboys greatest hits, so reminds me of my youth.
  3. What a man Dazza was, ok so he couldn't manage a shite in a shitter. But he's still a Rovers legend and always will be. Watching those Highlights still give me tears of joy.
  4. I was a huge fan of Euro metal in the 80's and still am to a certain extent. 1, Celtic Frost were arguably the greatest at the time 2, Rage blew me away and still follow them 3, Mercyful Fate/King Diamond is the king of hell 4, Gamma Ray are still amazing, they totally blow Helloween away and in all honesty it was Kai Hansen's musicianship that got them where they are the time. 5, Triptykon, Tom Gabriel Warriors new band is fucking lethal. If you get the chance check them out. As for the big 4, Megadeth are the top of the heap for me. Killing is my business is so underated it beggars belief, i mean what a marriage that was. 4 diverse talents in 1 band, two metal heads in Dave Mustaine and David Ellefson, and two jazz players in Chris Poland and Gar Samuelson.
  5. Personally i don't like it, it looks like a fecking stocky rock a'la Carlisle Uniteds earlier efforts. Can't find a link for it, but you know what i mean. But no doubt i'll buy it to amuse the southern softies here in Leeds.
