  1. Hampden has a capacity of 52,063. So say -10,000 for corporate, sponsers (God I used to get those) and press. So 21k tickets each. I would imagine that Season ticket holders will be able to buy 2 at max. Theres no way Hibs sold over 10k St's. Maybe Hearts did.

For what its worth my 10k corporate is just a wild guess it might be much lower but I dount it would be higher than that. Or you can watch it in hospitality. That's HOSPITALITY Celtic fans, not Hospital where you caught the highlights last night when you had to go there because the wee yin fell doon the stairs and that eh, honestly he fell doon the stairs. It didnae hae anyhing tae dae wi us getting robbed of that blue nose ref. Naw I huvnae had much to drink. Any spare change fur the juice machine by the way pal.

  2. I find it funny that the BBC pundits use this speel about how Rangers going into Administration would be very sad because the poor wee ordinary people will lose their jobs. Now anyone who faces losing their jobs know who to blame.

To say that we must save Rangers because old Bettie the tea lady or Mick the sweeper faces the sack is insane. This club just last week tried to sign Daniel Cousin on 7k a week. Yes it is sad that people will have to lose their jobs. But by that logic then no team should get relegated because it will result in job losses and damage to the local economy should the club drop down a league.

  3. If Rangers 2012 are allowed to waltz straight back into the SPL then to hell with Scottish football. If the TV deal rules overall meaning SKY has to have 4 OF games a year, whats the point? So say next year and Rangers 2012 are total honking at football. What would happen if they finished in the bottom 6? Sorry lads, tv deal means that for "technical" reasons they are now 5th. What if heaven forbid they are really really honking and finish the season at the bottom?

So in effect, due to the TV deal, Rangers and Celtic are the 2 teams in the league that cannot go bust nor can be relegated. If this is the case, whats the point? They have nothing to lose by doing it all over again and everything to gain.

The death knell for Scottish football will not be the demise of Rangers, it wil be the teams rebirth that kills it.

  4. I too have a serious dislike for Celtic...Just as much as I do Rangers. Funnily enough having joined a few of my Sellic minded workmates for a right good laugh at Rangers, they quickly spat the dummy out when I said what would be even more funny than Rangers going bust would be for Celtic to still f**k up the title then for Rangers to go bust.

Anyway I hope to god that SPL chairman grow some balls and kick these cheats down to Div 3. But we know that what will happen will be for the new Rangers will be invited straight back in. I suppose guarantees will be made to Dumfy or Hibs that there will be no relegation to get their votes. I could also see a quick agreement to a 14 team league to satisfy the top 2 in Div 1. Mark my words. If rangers go bust we will have a 14 team league next year.
