  1. I wouldn't be so sure. We are a yo-yo club no doubt, but the losses are trending in the right way and we'd be going from poor SPL crowds to decent 1st Division crowds (Raith, F*lkirk x 4 for example). I just wish that everyone could use this period in Scottish football to get a 34/38 game 18/20 team League. Might have more excitement akin to Cup football and less visits to the same places for all.
  2. They might well breeze back but those 3 seasons would seem like an eternity and I for one would be fascinated to see what kind of crowds they get. Like a bad tv show - it is car wreck stuff. Cannae stop paying attention to it.
  3. That biscuit had already been eaten by the intention to make the charity game vs AC Milan, emmmm, non-charity.
  4. We don't want that. The 80 grand you owe the Pars would be gratitude enough.
  5. So when are the results of the Big Tax Case known and will that make a bit of difference to the Sons of William's plight? I would welcome their demotion to Division III, not least since it would probably save DAFC's SPL status (not that we deserve it from on-field efforts). As to any potential vote that comes up, I would have to think that Hearts, Dundee United and the Pars wouldn't be looking to do RFC any favours. We'll just have to see if money talks.
  6. My thoughts exactly. If and when the tax case stuff (or rather, the fallout from it) hits the fan, the Bears on RM will simply come back with "Big Jock Knew" and throw back the usual accusations insults banter without actually addressing what their beloved Club has done to Scottish football and ultimately, their own fans.
  7. Hello there - what do you need to need to know about Indianapolis? I am in Fort Wayne. A straight shot of about 100 miles up I-69. I see from your other post that you are in upstate NY. Moving with work I take it? Fishers, Castleton or some other suburb? I have a fair few pals in Indy but have only been there a handful of times.

Let me know specifically what you might want to k...

  8. From DAFC.net last Saturday: "Spoke to him (Wilson) after the Montrose replay and he is finished with playing, but very keen to get involved in the coaching/managing side of the game." The Montrose replay would have been 18th Jan, so maybe he has changed his mind about playing. If not, do you need a coach/manager?
