Jordan Allan was out of control for the challenge on Wardrope and there was no booking. It was dangerous play. There was also a late tackle on Wilson where the ref didn’t even give a foul. Mackenzie was having a go at various Talbot players off the ball. Flat track bullies. Money doesn’t buy class and there is nothing admirable about Darvel as a club.

Some of the stuff that the Darvel players get away with is mystifying. Mackenzie fouls all the time and leaves his foot and other parts of his body in challenges. Jordan Allan should have been booked for a swipe at a Talbot player before he got sent off. Referee had a shocking game and the linesman on the enclosure side was just as bad. They both missed lots of off the ball stuff that was going on.

I’d like to see their accounts to see turnover, wages etc even though they’ll be 9 months behind.

Is it a 2.30 KO on Sat? Talbot website has it as 2pm but SJFA website has it as 2.30.

M74 is best way,and go by Morrisons to the big new car park just before the train station Rangers at home on Sat and the section of M77 from before Silverburn to City Centre is always very busy. Might be quicker to go round the GSO to East Kilbride and drop down from Kingsgate Retail Park to Cambuslang. Won’t be much in it time wise.

It would if Talbot were 2 or 3 up as they should have been. I was less impressed by Darvel than last season. Big physical players but I’m not convinced about some of them over 90 minutes. The sending off changed the game. Talbot were the better team prior to that and should have been 2 or not 3 ahead. If they had got 2 in front Darvel would have had to chase the game and it would have been interesting to see how the tats and teeth would have reacted.

It would have been interesting if it had remained 11 v 11 as Talbot should probably have been 2 or 3 ahead before the sending off. Darvel are a big physical team but I’m not convinced they’d have matched Talbot’s fitness over 90 minutes. They were slow in defence and I’d have fancied Talbot to exploit that.

I wouldn’t say the players or management have class either. They are like the Harry Enfield Loadsamoney character from the top down. Nothing commendable about anything at that club.

What team is that? Darvel are his team now. He wasn’t at Ibrox yesterday watching Killie and I doubt he’ll be at many Killie games this season. He’ll be back as a regular at Killie games when the ego driven project comes to an end. The whole project is only made relevant by the other longer established teams they play in the league. How many Darvel fans were at the game yesterday. Less than 100 and that is for one of the biggest games of the season. The Chairman, manager and players don’t care about Darvel. The club is simply a convenient vehicle for their collective egos. I don’t find anything about the set up commendable.

Did you see most if not all of the Darvel players squealing when they were tackled. Professional simulation. Even the guy that was tackled for the sending off was at it. There was nothing wrong with him. I didn’t see any Darvel players badly hurt by a Talbot challenge despite squealing as if they had to go to A&E.

Where else is he going to go? Given his antics I suspect Billy Bowie won’t have him anywhere near Killie. Bowie has kept control with Phyllis McLeish and him being the main decision makers. If he wanted or needed to get Gall involved he’d have done it by now.

Why would u tell ur players to take there holidays in the first 2 weeks of June if u still had games to play specially cup games I know u won the league fair enough but when was the last time Darvel won any other cup why wouldn't u want to win a other cup with ur owners name on it something is not right and has ur a Darvel fan supporter or stalwart u must be pissed off cause I would be It looks like they weren’t and aren’t interested in anything apart from winning the league and getting promoted. They are interested in the Scottish Cup because of the profile it creates as it appeals to their collective egos.

The sooner that the Darvel Circus comes to an end or they get promoted the better. They bring nothing to the WOSFL in terms of class, conduct or dignity. I don’t think they’ll be welcomed in the LL or elsewhere unless they change their attitude and how they operate. The worst thing about them not being promoted is that they are in the WOSFL again next year. Biggest achievement is not how they have climbed the leagues but becoming the most disliked club in the WOSFL so quickly. It appears they haven’t made many friends in Tranent either.

What dodgy business practices?

Tranent weren’t given beers as that suggests they were free. Tranent have confirmed they were charged for them. It shows it’s all about money for everyone involved at Darvel. Another classless act. Yet again there was no need to refer to it. Why couldn’t John Gall just congratulate Tranent? He had to make himself out to be a good guy with the comment about the beer. Reality is he isn’t a good guy. He’s self absorbed and arrogant. Thank god he’s not involved at Killie apart from as a sponsor.

Post it for those not on twitter. Up to the club to control players but what hope is there of that happening when the Chairman and manager have embarrassed themselves on social media. Look at the way the players and manager act on social media. Bullying, mob, ned mentality.

He his obviously not the brightest as he hasn’t thought that what goes around might come back around. I expect he is going to get roasted at any game he is at next season as are John Gall and others. If that happens they have no one to blame but themselves given their antics over the last few seasons.

He is a major sponsor. Don’t think he is anything more than that. If Bowie decided not to have him more involved than that then he has done the right thing as Gall’s a bombscare. Thank god he isn’t more involved as his comments lack any thought or class. If he made comments like that if involved at Killie he’d bring the club into disrepute. John Gall, Kennedy, Darren Miller and others have created a dislike for Darvel. It’s not jealousy. It’s the fact that they are all classless, arrogant, unlikeable characters as their social media interactions illustrate. They thought they’d steam roll the leagues and playoffs and get into the SPFL. That was the plan. Don’t be surprised that fans of other clubs are taking pleasure in the fact they have failed with that plan despite the money invested. Lot of money simply to finish above Talbot. Things like saying “Unlucky Talbot”, “Lowland League Here We Come” on video when winning the league, the pinned tweet with the Money and the comments We Never Stop aren’t going to endear the club or players to anyone. Never Stop. Derailed and crashed. Let’s see what happens when the money stops and where the club ends up. They have guaranteed themselves a warm welcome from fans at WOSFL clubs season. Top of the league for the most disliked club in the West of Scotland from top to bottom including the owner, manager, coaching staff and players. Major achievement in such a short space of time.

Gall is not old . He is 58. Age has nothing to do with the way he acts. As a successful businessman you’d think he’d know how to handle himself. Thank god he’s not involved at Killie.

Much ado about nothing.

You said you wanted Darvel to win as you liked the folk down there. I asked you what you liked about them and the best you could come up with was they were hospitable when you visited. Now you are saying they are acceptable. Big difference between acceptable and likeable. I’d say being hospitable is normal at most WOSFL clubs. I think you’ll find that most fans of other clubs struggle to find anything at Darvel likeable, acceptable or admirable.

The entire circus was based on quick promotion up through the leagues. The players are mercenaries who are only there for the money. People involved with the club have made classless comments throughout the season so no one should be surprised that fans of other clubs have no sympathy for them and are taking delight in their failure. Darren Miller’s tweet after the league win looks ridiculous now. John Gall thinks folk didn’t want Darvel to win because they are jealous. This shows you how self absorbed he is. Folk didn’t want Darvel to win because of his classless comments and antics which have made folk dislike him and his club.

So you like them because they were hospitable, Isn’t that expected?

What do you find likeable about anyone at Darvel? Classless. Sooner the circus comes to an end the better.

What goes around comes around. There won’t be much sympathy from many fans of other WOSFL teams given the complete lack of class John Gall and most of the Darvel players showed when they won the league. The only bad thing about this is we all have to put up with them again next year. John Gall continues to make himself look like a fool. He’ll get a roasting from fans of other clubs next year as will players like Darren Miller if he is still playing. Classless to the end.
