He’s definitely capable of stepping up. Don’t begrudge him the move at all and hope he does well.

I fully expect Docherty, Holt, Turner and Tiffoney to be away. Replacing them will be extremely difficult.

Yes.

At least we’ll spank points off diddy outfits like Morton and Airdrie next season as usual.

Usually head to The Mallard for pre-match pints (since the The Viking shut, RIP) but reckon that will be more mobbed than usual and will be a struggle to get a beer. What’s the alternatives?

Think they’ll be a few that have done it. Martin Grehan is the first I could think of off the top of my head.

Would be great to relegate that fat racist c**t. Although we’ve been brilliant the last couple of weeks I don’t expect us to go through.
I’m guessing County will give us the stand behind the goal and the wee bit of the stand along the touchline?

1200 tickets left for the Railway End so unlikely we’ll sell it out. How many does it hold?

Jake Hastie has signed for Dundee according to Hartlepool United fans
That would be a hilariously bad signing if true.

Would’ve gladly taken 3-0 before the game but that could’ve been more. Excellent performance but still genuinely nervous for next week.

Hodson is pretty dreadful at full-back. I would leave the back 4 as is and bring Hodson in fir Bannigan if he’s out.

Doolan definitely seems to have a preferred starting eleven, and no one has came off the bench and made a great case to get in the team, so barring any injuries I'd expect the same team as Friday to start.
I’d say Mullen has, although to to be for he won’t start unless Graham’s injured. He’s impressed me since Doolan came in and often done well when he’s came in, scoring 3 goals in limited minutes. I’d be fine with his offering him a new deal presuming we still in the Championship but he was hopeless under McCall.

But yet the two of them are still better footballers.

Which is really disappointing considering how frustrating it is knowing a player that can carry the ball better than both of them put together won’t be considered.
McKinnon isn’t is good as Turner, Bannigan or Docherty. The game passes him by too often.

I’m presuming extra sections of the North Stand will be opened up? Currently no tickets for sale.

Akinyemi’s been the best player this season by some way.

Pretty comfortable victory although we weren’t at our best. It would’ve been a pumping if it wasn’t for Gaston. Turner, Lawless and McMillan were all excellent for us.
Arbroath were pretty poor. Thought McKenna’s attitude in the second half was terrible and I’d be raging if I was an Arbroath fan. He just strolled back or stood still screaming at teammates when we won the ball back. The number 17 who came on was a complete diddy.
The referee (Don Robertson?) was hopeless throughout.

Martin Woods. Useless and a complete shitebag. No idea how he former a decent career.
George Moncur. He just annoyed me in his loan spell with us. Seemed a like a complete weirdo.

Mullen has looked better recently but he’s been a poor signing overall. Dowds is pretty dreadful too and I’d offload him too if possible.

Doolan seemingly thinks that players havent signed pre contracts
He’s always going to say that. He’ll not come out and say “a couple of players have signed contracts elsewhere” as it will send the rumour mill into overdrive.

According to Transfermarkt the following are out of contract: Muirhead, Bannigan, Holt, Smith, Sneddon, Turner, Docherty, Tiffoney, Mullen, Brownlie. As is Hodson with Killie.
The ones ins bold are the only ones worth keeping for me. Although, I reckon we may only get to keep a couple of them. Holt is strongly rumoured to be away and I think a bottom 6 team will take punts of Turner and Tiffoney.

GK - Derek Gaston
RB - Jack McMillan
LB - Harry Milne
CB - Ryan Sweeney
CB - Lee Ashcroft
CM - Liam Grimshaw
CM - Malachi Boateng
CM - Stuart Bannigan
FW - Dom Thomas
FW - Dipo Akenyemi
FW - Zach Robinson
Picking 2 CBs was a real struggle so went for those 2 purely because Dundee have conceded the least amount of goals.

I’d be fine with Sneddon leaving. He’s an average keeper for this level at best. I’d say he’s ever so slightly better than Mitchell but we could do better.

It’s fairly common knowledge/sense that is the case.
