  1. I don't call the tangerine mob 'Arabs', but that's only because I prefer to call them fucking minks. Thank you.
  2. I'll be renewing my season ticket... f**k knows why, though. Must be mental. Thank you.
  3. Tomorrow night will be good fun; lets make Neil McCanns last home game of the season a vibrant one. Perhaps a Roaring Crescendo or two? I might even dust off the auld Bus Crawl Pirate Flag and raise it over the Derry to celebrate, @Dee Man, @dundeebarry, @speccy1984,@Bigmouth Strikes Again. Special occassions and all that. What do you think? Thank you.
  4. Always thought Nicky Low looked a bit like Oor Wullie. Not sure why that is important, but I've written it now and I'll be fucked if I'm deleting it. Thank you.
  5. I'd keep Ross as well. It's well known that him and Hartley fucking hated each other by the end, that's one of the reasons he didn't get a look in. You could also see post-Christmas when he was warming up, looked completely disinterested walking up and down the line because he knew 100% he wasn't getting near the pitch. Anyway, I'm hoping that scenario has run its course and he finds a place ahead of Hateley. For my own health, if nothing else. Thank you.
  6. Vince Mennie would have been an excellent snooker player if he had Stephen Hendrys brain and Tommy Coynes temperament.
  7. Yordi is pish — release his contract and let him team up with Justin Rose, Derrick Rose and Charlie Rose to form their slapstick literary Guns n' Roses tribute act; Puns n' Roses. Thank you.
  8. Fair points raised — it's probably unfair to discuss young players while they're still developing as there's just no way of measuring their ability. @dburns; I know you're not inviting critisism but I guess it's the next natural step of the conversation... 'he's not good enough, will never make it' type chat. This has come back to bite me in the arse a few times and I'll happily admit I was wrong about a few players as they were coming up. One embarrassing example of this (on my part) would be Craig Forsyth; I thought he was utterly dreadful for us, but then all of a sudden he came on to a game, was great getting forward and contributed to some very important goals for us. Not only that; he's gone on to surpass that form and prove me to be a fucking idiot for doubting him. I guess you just don't know until they get a decent run in the first team. Thank you.
  9. Oh dear. 'Negotiations have not yet begun with John Nelms' So, nothing confirmed then. Usual Courier pish from the DC Thomsons' primary Tory DAB rag. How the f**k can he commit his future to Dundee if he hasn't been offered the job? Waste of fucking paper. Thank you.
  10. Hartley should have been sacked in January. The writing was on the wall all season and it was obvious he'd lost the plot. All credit to McCann coming in and making it work though, fantastic start and much better than anyone could have imagined. Still have three very important games to go though and I reckon it will go right to the wire. Thank you.
  11. Keep him, then. Thank you. ETA: Nice try, chump.
  12. Under a manager that he had well reported disagreements with. Might be a different situation now that circumstances have changed. Scott Bain is a very good keeper on his day. He has had a shitty season, but if we can get him back to some sort of form, I'd happily keep him. Even at 70%, he's better than whatever shitey St Johnstone reserve keeper that others are touting IMO. Thank you. Eta; emphasis on 'might'. The point he is making is that things have changed and he may be open to staying. Worth asking the question.
  13. If you'd lay off the valium, you'd realise my post wasn't entirely serious. Thank you.
  14. I'm not sure what you're struggling with here, it really isn't that hard. Many of us know each other and are more than happy to chuck in a few quid together to sponsor an ultimately pointless tshirt (that will only ever appear in a cheaply printed programme that almost no-one will ever read). I've been part of sponsoring another two shirts this year; unless you're on the poverty line, £25 is hardly the end of the world either way. What I'm trying to say is that we're all loaded and have utter indifference towards situations of even minimal financial strain. Eta; also pretty sure Deefiant contributed money to the previous years sponsorship, so it's even more annoying. Now f**k off. Thank you.
  15. We've done a P&B sponsor every year for a while now; this year @Deefiant offered to collect and organise it, then swiftly fucked off with everyone's money. Glad I didn't do it this year but feel sorry for the other guys. We've never had any bother doing this before, only takes one sausage to ruin it though. Thank you.
  16. If the groundsman isn't a valid vote, then I'd also go for Kerr. O'Dea is competent but really limited and hasn't had a great season IMO. Haber is in a similar boat... both players have improved us but I still think they're a pair of fucking donkeys. Maybe that's harsh, but I'd be really struggling to pick anyone other than Kerr this year for POTY. Maybe Gadzhalov because of his wife, or Danny Williams as a protest vote. Thank you.
  17. Out of interest, why is he a snake? Apart from being an old cripple, I never thought he was that bad of a person. Did I miss something? Thank you.
  18. Can you all please f**k off now. Nothing to see here. Thank you.
  19. Heard the same. I'd rather him in a director of football role anyway, similar to how he was meant to work with Bomber, before that went south. Thank you.
  20. Great film. Peter Sellers played a great Vince Mennie IMO. Thank you.
