Honestly cannot wait for these highlights being put up by the absolute kings of lower League tv coverage.

    Well done Stranraer

    Cheers fir that

Be prepared for a very extended version. Gallagher goal is unreal.

Great scenes....but also Stranraer fans causing trouble outside the ground again? Thought it only happened when big bad Clyde came to town...Common denominator here

It was the wee neds probably who every club have. They probably haven't been at ground all season. Everyone else enjoyed there day and were too busy celebrating for any stupid stuff.

    Oh, it was. Hilariously so.

But as someone who works in football I can't help but see it all as so easily preventable. The dugouts being touchable from the stand isn't an ideal scenario at Stranraer but I don't know what they do about it.

Stranraer definitely filmed it. Given they merrily released the Clyde shenanigans surely they'll do this too.

StranraerFC on YouTube in the morning. Gopro plus highlights

They announced an attendance just after half time but the Stranraer tannoy's worse than ours and I couldn't make out a word the guy said. I had a team line and listened to him read out the teams and it sounded like they'd named two entirely different elevens to what I had! It ended in a 1 if that helps?

I'd say EK had about 350 - 400 there maybe.

Main Stand which holds 1,500 was pretty full. Must have been well over 1,000 in there. And another 500 or so in the home terrace. I'd have assumed it was over 2,000. Anyone know?

You are near the mark it was over 2k nearer 2300 think they said 1871 but that was being cheeky because of the 1870 formed. Looked like 350 EK.

Meant to ask after I was last down for the Stenhousemuir game, but why have you did away with quite a few rows of seats in the main stand?

Good luck tomorrow, I'll be there hoping to see you guys retain league status

There is 900 new seats which you see right and middle along top.

There is app a further 600 seats needing replaced. Due to lack of funds the club weren't able to replace all 1500.  As temp measure they have removed as many as they can just now. Leaving just plain concrete steps. On the right some of guys who help out the groundsman have put a few seat bases onto steps as some sort of seating.

A few of us heading down for this on Saturday. Would very much like to see Stranraer win it.

Big fan of the pyramid and nothing against he LL, would just rather keep clubs like Stranraer if the replacements are going to be outfits like EK.

Been a few years since I've been down, wheres best for a few drinks before the game?

StranraerFC FITBA bar in town north strand St. Pavilion bar will be too busy probably very small. The Pub 10minute walk from ground. Royal Hotel. Craigenelder meals and drink.

Oh and BTW thanks for the support.

Great highlights , and commentary, is Dolan going to be ok for next week as he looked your main threat before pulling up ? Still all to play for for both teams

Cheers. We are hoping it's just cramp. Stranraer were stretched squad wise. No Ben Armour, Scott Robertson, Kyle Girvan, Murray Miller or Chris Johnston.

Would be great to see a big push for ticket sales next week, shame we can't sell them in advance online.

I would love to see a "Homecoming" theme or maybe a big push on "Fortress Stair Park".

Everyone that cares about the town and the team who can make it, should make it. Get it in the Free Press, online and just make loads of noise for a week. The people that can make it that don't come to this game probably never will.

Let's go for a big crowd, and if we're going down at least take a final bumper payday - or even better if a big home support helps us win.

Also, unless prices are set/agreed with EK, maybe £10 tickets?

Doesnt need tickets printed away end holds maybe 1700. Home 2500.. it actually could hold over 5000 but police limit it to 4200.

Same pricrs as first leg agreed for by both teams.

  9. A few ek tickets were bought by stranraer fans who live in the central belt. Weve still got about 20 left of the 150 but they will be away by kickoff. I suspect a number of people had holidays booked after last league game.

There will be a big crowd next week if the tie is tight. Alot of Stranraers support don't go past Cairnryan and majority of our away support is central belt based people who have moved for work.

Not sure how Stranraer didn’t win that. The shot from Grant Gallagher that spinned off the post and ran along the line just summed up the luck that teams at the bottom get

Unreal had the gopros on behind the goals felt like lobbing them so many times. Some amount of clear cut chances missed by Stranraer. Watch out fir highlights. Ben Armour will be having nightmares about this game.

  11. I don't. Never accepted defeat in any sport I ever played till it was impossible to catch. While we stank NDP out yesterday I won't give up while there is 12 points to play for. Even McCall said that in his interview while he's delighted to have made up the deficit to Stranraer and bonnyrigg(almost) they definitely aren't safe and need to continue in next few games. According to 75 percent of Stranraer fans on our two Facebook pages we are down already. Ffs with that attitude we may as well be. Unreal.

The LL would be a disaster for Stranraer.

The whole player structure would change.

Do you still train away from the area?

Players are not going to travel for non league football when they can get it on their doorstep?

Best of luck in your quest to stay up.

Your manager gave me a chuckle “we deserved a point” we dominated the whole match and coulda scored 10

He would be the only one that thought that. Didn't cope with wind at all. Clyde used it better and 3nil would have been a fairer scoreline however the usual late goal we concede was there for all to see.
