I think Flynn did well in the 7 way debate, especially on Brexit. There's another leaders debate tonight between Starmer and Sunak on Sky and hopefully they bring up the B word... any mealy mouthed "make Brexit work" or stronger "firm no to joining the single market" from Starmer tonight only helps the Lib Dems across the UK and the LD and SNP in Scotland.
It won't get mentioned

Liz Truss has completely destroyed the Tories chances of winning an election for at least a generation but you'll never see any prominent conservative politicians talk about her with the level of visceral hatred that the Labour right talks about Corbyn.
A generation? The far right will be in power around 2029 once the tories/reform regroup after this one and all we hear about for the next 5 years is immigration

If you run about dressed up as ref waving red cards and you are running around Holyrood with big p45s over somebody else's expenses then you better make sure your own ones are 100% correct is the easiest answer

Anybody on here who either went to see Taylor Swift last night or has some local knowledge on what it’s like around Murrayfield this weekend?
What was it like outside the stadium last night? My daughter is mad on Taylor Swift and I was thinking about coming a run through later for her to get some of the pre-gig atmosphere, the vain hope of trying to score tickets, etc. But not really worth it if the whole area is covered in security and you can’t get near the stadium.
Balgreen tram stop ( one after MurrayField heading to the airport) There's a path there all the way up to the stadium it was heaving with folk with no tickets all dancing etc

The Swifties are out in force early in Edinburgh. My retinas are burning. Before 9 is too early for neon gear.
Around this time last year, Josh Taylor was fighting in New York. A couple of hundred hardy looking lads from The Pans decked out in black and many with “Taylor” T-shirts on the same flight as us. Gave me and the missus a giggle when we heard a stewardess ask if they were Taylor Swift fans.
Yip had to nip into the city centre today so went early to avoid it all,my train was heaving ( just after 9) with swifties so did what I had to do and jumped on the first train outta there.Godspeed to all our Edinburgh residents this weekend

Faro/Alicante both with cheap flight options and most folk that fly into there move on to other resorts and don't stay there so hotels quite cheap, Barcelona also has a great beach
Sounds mad but Bournemouth/ Brighton are ok for weekends but quite pricey at weekends
Or left field Holland has some decent wee beach towns less than 30 mins from Amsterdam

I fell asleep when he was on the 13th tee
Utterly delighted to see he has a 4 shot lead as was fully expecting him to be 2 or 3 behind

The commentators curse on the 16th was his undoing and missing the putt obviously, I think he took his driver out on the 18th as on that tee you can see the 17th green and I'm pretty sure he thought Deroidbeau was going to make a birdie so was in "chasing" mode up the last
More excitement than the fabled back 9 on Augusta last night
