  1. Massive well done to saints. Totally deserved. Delighted for Dave Mackay and tommy wright. Good guys. Enjoy your night, in fact enjoy your summer!
  2. I'm sure a similar thing happened to motherwell. On one of the tours, think it was south america, they were presented with a new set of kits as a thank you. The kit was claret with amber trimmings rather than the other way round so the club used it as an away kit.
  3. Cheers. Knew about the south american tour and just assumed we played Brazil at the maracana because one of the games was in Rio.
  4. I thought motherwell played there in the late 1920's or early 30's ?
  5. I can remember the house right next to the main stand (think it may have been the one that stopped the full main stand extension) selling stuff like old programmes, so the club must have owned it at some point. Also there was a portacabin outside the main stand which sold a very limited amount of merchandise. In fact I don't even think they sold the kit. My first motherwell shirt was purchased from the sports shop in the town centre. Then the shop was moved under the stand, just at the entrance to the enclosure underneath the main stand. Also sold tickets. Your right about preserving the old turnstyle entrances . Shame no one at the club had the fore site to keep them and even move it elsewhere at the ground.
  6. Fantastic thread. Love seeing some of the old terraces. Favourite away grounds in the 80's we're broomfield, firhill, brockville and east end park. Regret that I never ever got to muirton park though. Here's a pic I love of fir park
  7. Getting a lot of pictures like this. What's your superhero name or what's your pornstar name. Total and utter pish.
  8. A lot of folk 'checking in' at graveyards or crematoriums on Xmas day on my feed
  9. Got to laugh at Celtic/Hibs fans. Support the organization that killed the 2 policemen. Then call the oo bigots for not attending funeral. Brilliant.
  10. Ah the old I've lost an argument so let's look out spelling mistakes routine
  11. Why would a protestant want to take part in a catholic mass or indeed a service by any other religion ??
  12. Are you for real? Do you know why the Protestant faith was set up? Why would a protestant want to take part in mass? Why would a roman catholic be so upset about not being allowed to join the OO?
  13. No it isn't. The OO have the same rules for lodges in cities or towns or anywhere. Must try harder.
  14. Yes and members are allowed to stay through the mass but not take part. Get with the programme.
  15. Easy to come on here and make up some bullshit story about a guy getting a 3 walk ban for going to a bouncy castle event.
