  1. Yes I, a Bo'ness fan, was at Tranent Penicuik just to annoy you.
  2. Still nothing to say about the use of homophobic language pal?
  3. To review what happened on Saturday: Bo'ness were 2-1 up and there was a dangerous situation where Devin Jacobs was under pressure and he made sure to get rid of the ball rather than giving it away and a chance for a Tranent goal. Bo'ness fans appreciated this and applauded him for doing so. Then some guy in a tranent club polo (I'm asssuming this is the player I "shouted" at) made snide comments towards the group of fans I was standing with for supporting our team. I pointed out to him then that getting rid of the ball is better than giving away an opportunity. Then Bo'ness went 3-1 thanks much to Ian Black failing to simply clear the ball and giving away an opportunity. I pointed this out to the guy and he started shouting about "dont fuckin ever talk to me", and words to that effect. At that point other tranent related people got pretty aggro and one decided that because of what i was wearing I was fair game for homophobic abuse calling me a "poof" this was after getting called a fat f**k and other similar things by several individuals. At that point I did start shouting I will admit, however, I'd say thats fairly understandable when I'm in a position where I need to defend myself from homophobic abuse. I also left the game early as I was scared of any further confrontation from your fans. But yeah sure, I was "shouting at players" which makes it all ok. Whatever makes it easier for you to pretend that there isnt a serious issue here that needs to be looked at seriously by your club and fans.
  4. I cant actually believe that "arguing with players" is somehow in any way similar to homophobia in your mind? Take a long hard look at yourself.
  5. I wasn't shouting at anyone, merely responding to their snide comments about us supporting our players. Does that excuse the homophobic comments? Does it f**k
  6. If we want to act like the non league game in Scotland is moving forward, this sort of bigotry needs to be cut out, not excused or deflected
  7. Calling someone a 'poof' is never just "part of the banter" not sure why you feel it necessary to defend the actions of a minority of your fans. Any time I hear anything like that from my own fans I'll call it out, sad that you cant do the same. As others have mentioned Bo'ness did their part to resolve the issues with a minority of fans ruining it for the majority, sad that the reaction from others is to instead try and deflect in whatever way they can. In terms of Ian Black, I've not heard homophobic abuse sent towards him, but had I done I would be one of the first in calling it out
  8. Also dissapointing to be on the end of homophobic abuse from Tranent fans today, last thing the game needs. Any wonder theres no openly gay footballers in Scotland
  9. Fantastic result today. A big GIRUY to the Tranent coach sarcastically clapping Andy Murphy when he dropped the ball, wonder if he enjoyed the rest of the game as much? Brilliant shift from the players today as well, nice to see a team that seems 100% committed to getting a result.
  10. Following that from home was proper tense. Great work as always keeping folk up to date Dave!
  11. Been in the rules of the game for a couple years now that teams get a 4th sub with extra time
  12. Fuzzy, the fact is the camera never lies. I was caught up in the moment and saw probably what I wanted to see and posted accordingly. That's fairly normal behaviour for most Fitbaw fans to be fair. To be fair to you Dave I was standing right next to you and got it wrong as well, there was a couple of players in the way that didnt make it obvious
  13. With the opposition I was expecting us to be beaten today and therefore wasn't expecting to be leaving raging. Sadly the ref and his assistants decided otherwise! Look forward to the EK TV highlights of that 1st goal again, wonder if they'll include the utterly ridiculous tug on McKenzie that gave them the ball in the first place? On a more positive note, we created far more against a team like EK than we did last week against Dunipace and there keeper definitely deserved his MoM award for the number of good saves he had to pull out. On top of that I think Josh MacDonald looked decent at rightback when he came on, far better than his recent performances in midfield. Also good to see Marty back, albeit only for a short stint in the second half, and Sweeney looking to be a decent enough signing who will hopefully be in the goals soon.
  14. Looked like a 442 which turned into a 3 at the back formation when Aldin came on Starting line up was Murphy Donnelly Hunter Campbell Syme Prentic Morgan Gemmell Watt McKenzie Sweeney
  15. The view from the enclosure behind the goals is pretty awful. think most of the side is standing as well IIRC
  16. Not fun watching but a well taken goal from Josh Watt gave us 3 points. Would take that over a draw or a loss any day. Expect next week will be a blowout if we play like that against EK.
  17. I'd be focusing more on my own club if they were pumped out the league cup by Sauchie and Crossgates tbh. Or maybe that's why you're on our thread deflecting?
  18. Looking forward to getting my first look at the team tonight, hopefully the weather is nicer later on though
  19. Tommy Ball has been expelled from both the SNP and the SSP for being an abusive piece of shit, he spends his days writing abusive blogs about RISE and its activists from Ireland, while pretending that he has some sort of credibility. He's been convicted for his abuse of an SNP candidate previously and it wouldnt shock me if further litigation was to happen. f**k him, yet another un-needed abusive Tommy on the left
