There’s a promotion deal on right now too - sign Clark and you get a free @Hawk thrown in. Just in case you ever need reminding what a shite player and terrible human being Clark is.
Nowt like trying to deflect your pain and disappointed at losing your idle. New posters required for the bedroom walls for you and your sad mates.
Look on the bright side you'll be able to laugh at him when you play against Utd next season.

Why would Livi, if they stay down, be weaker? And why would ICT be weaker and Dunfermline the same?
Expect Livi to lose 2-4 of their better players and possibly their manager.

There is absolutely NO chance of this happening .
I wouldn't say "NO chance" just give it a couple more seasons maybe.

At least with this thread going the close season should still be good for a laugh!

Sure we'll get County away in late November and midweek in February. Great!

Good move making season tickets £199 when we don’t know who will be the manager next season.
Our who's gonna be playing for you. Have you got anyone signed up for next season, genuine question?

Pleased with the signing news. Harkins is a marked improvement on Rankin and I can see Harkins playing a "sitting" role dictating play with younger more energetic players round about and in front of him.
Great to see we're not hanging about but instead being proactive in getting a squad together early.

Is he decent? I agree it would be strange if he turned down a new deal with yourselves to sign for us. I'd imagine our budgets will be fairly similar.
Nah not very good at all and very injury prone!

I would hope, despite recent events, that Jim Thomson's service and achievements during his playing career with Queens isn't going to be air-brushed from the history books. It would be a bit petty if every reference to him was removed.
Here here.

Oliver is a strange one, works hard and can look a player but historically nowhere near prolific enough as far as goal scoring goes.

I’d agree with that, but Brownlie is unlikely to have signed up to be a backup after being a fairly regular starter for what 2 seasons? Maybe longer.
I’d think Fordyce at RB with a new CB partnering Brownlie is more likely.
If Martin is over his injuries then goalkeeper is sorted. Dykes, Dobbie and presumably Fergusson is a decent start striker-wise. The defence needs a bit of fine tuning. It’s the midfield that needs the biggest overhaul. Who we bring in for those positions will be the key to our ambitions next season. Please no, not Fordyce at right back.

Rumours I've heard so far are Bob Harris, Kevin Holt, Gavin Reilly and Peter Weatherson. Not sure how accurate these are though.McShane, big Durnan and Kidd are also rumoured to be about to put pen to paper. No word on Zander Clark yet though.

Home kit fine, away kit, hmmmm, 3rd kit meh, they're only my thoughts though.

Congratulations to St Mirren, best and most consistent team in the league this season.

I quite like Leighfield, we know he's young and inexperienced, apart from defending free kicks on the edge of the box he's done ok. The game time and experience of playing will be priceless to him, Zander Clark is a prime example of this.

Dykes to Hearts, is this an early April Fool?

Are you guys putting something in the water to develop your (well, our) young players? Clark, Kerr and Kane have all come back to us first team ready and much improved on the players that left us (certainly in the case of Clark and Kane - not sure about Kerr, but he doesn't look out of place in our side).
Kudos to how your club deals with young loan players. Hopefully we can send a couple more to you guys next year if you don't come up.
Yeah, it's called regular game time. It's amazing how a player, his confidence and therefore performances benifit from it.

It's the issue of not playing to our strengths. That second goal on Saturday showed we are a fantastic passing side capable of play off spot. High balls up to dykes who continually miss judges the header was frustrating. I would rather we pass ball back to keeper and pass up field to defence and midfield than just punt it and hope.
On Saturday I saw players take the easy option of punt upfield, rather than look up and pick a pass, time and time again. And I'm sure this is the norm. It frustrating the crowd. Sounds ridiculous but do we as the crowd need to keep shouting "man on" and "time" and other stuff to try and influence the players. The message is not being heard from the management maybe 1000 people can make the message heard.
Ball on the deck and pass.
The second goal on Saturday like our equliser the week before were very good goals, football wise. More of that please.

McManus can get in the sea, just whisper it, but Smith might not actually be as good as we thought, not getting good reviews at Alloa.
Eh, how do you know Smith?
It may surprise you that I know dozens of players and we speak whenever I see them. The vast majority are nice guys who'll gladly give you the time, Nicky Clark however is a cocky twat in the up your own arse way, unlike someone like Jason Cummings who is cocky but quite funny with it.

He wasn't mismanaged; he was fucking shite.
Edit - A lot of our fans don't like Clark and/or McManus and they have 28 between them this season...
Has Gav not got something like 21/22 on his own?

The prodigal son has decided to go to a bigger more aspirational club!
Just shows where his and his fathers loyalties and ambitions are. Don't fret to much though you'll probably do better without him.
