Really need to nail my diet this year to kick on with my fitness goals.
Breakfast is fine- I love porridge and happy to eat it every day.
Lunch is a danger point- often guilty of binging like mad to offset work stress. Going to try to batch cook home made soup and see how I go and have a ‘eat as much fruit as you want’ policy. Need to avoid bakers; chip shop and fast food places in general.
Dinner- tend not to be too bad here, but often eating when I’m not hungry due to overeating at lunch.
Snacks- bad. Crisps; biscuits; jelly sweets etc. basically a 5 year old’s dream.
Drink- don’t drink alcohol during the week but absolutely tank the cans at weekends. Going to attempt to reduce alcohol down to one day per week. Like bad food, it’s an emotional crutch for a crazy stressful job.
The amount of exercise I do, the weight would absolutely drop off if I got anywhere near in control of my diet. Let’s see if we can’t find out…

taking cold showers in the morning (even just a minute) increases fat burning through the creation of brown fat.
Curious- is there an evidence base for this? Not doubting you, just keen to read some peer-reviewed research on this stuff.

No prob with a bit of bias, but way too much absolute shite from him today, had to put the sound down.
You’ll get no Killie fans arguing with you on this.
It got much worse at one point and I’m certain someone had a word because he calmed down for multiple matches, but he is slowly ramping up week-on-week like an anti-ref crescendo. Ears bleeding.

Dees and Killie got exactly what they deserved in the end.
Pathetic first half performance. Didn’t start playing until 55 mins and even then it was huff and puff. Took a bit of slack defending from Dundee to get back into the game and then couldn’t defend a simple corner.

Let’s finish early; shake hands; point each; up the road for a drink.

Really? I’m watching this thinking that despite the possession, we don’t look like scoring.

Definitely winning the corner count this half- which is all that matters.

If Dees fans are wondering if John Barnes habitually talks about the refs for 90 mins, then the answer is yes.

Atrocious 45 minutes.
Fine with the scoreline- but the lack of response to Dundee’s physicality has been shameful.
Watson has pulled out of two 50:50s and was absolutely jelly at the goal.
Midfield being totally dominated which is rendering our two wingers completely impotent.
Tony Doc has set Dundee up brilliantly, but the lack of Killie fight is just inexcusable.
Vassell screaming at Dennis for being a shitebag was a little uncalled for IMO- not great leadership from a guy who has been carried the whole season by those around him.
Would be curious as to the tone of discussions in the dressing room at half time.
Response needed. Worst 45 of the season and not surprised by comments above from Dees fans saying it has been their best 45.
Ah fitba’ eh?

Tactical booing at the end?

A game that probably deserved 0-0 but will obviously shamelessly take the win and 3 points.

I’ve slept on it, but I’m still genuinely raging.

Which won't matter when an English Championship club offers to quadruple his wages. Unfortunately.
The boy's a real talent and I genuinely hope you guys get decent money for him when he goes. Unlike us who would get a bag of beans and a future fee if he ever trained as an astronaut and completed a moon landing.
No problem with any player leaving for the right money.
He has just signed a new contract. Best we might do is sell him in January with a loan-back clause.
Would be upset if it was less than £1 million though.

Because Tony Gallacher has no functioning feet.
If you cant see the issues how McInnes "saw out" that game, simply because the final scoreline, then youll find it continues until it starts costing you regularly.
Och see now I’m even more raging.
Cost us all the way to 4th.

Genuinely be raging with this if i supported Killie.
Have us on the ropes in the first half but randomly stop attacking after 25 minutes, then spend the final 25 minutes hanging on and time wasting against a side with no away wins all season.
Yep. Absolutely raging.
Anyhoo- up to 4th.

Starting to plateau a bit after 2 solid years of progression and constant PBs. Going to get rid of the weight (could healthily lose 4.5 stone) as a means of bringing the times down.
Happy and healthy running in 2024 everyone.
