I disagree. If, as Vlad has intimated in the press, is bored with the whole thing and has handed oner to Serge to run as a proper business then I can understand why Hearts given their financial predicament would vote them back in. I hope, however, that Mad Vlad has one last hurrah in him to call the vote and get it right up them out of sheer boddy mindedness.

This was a single payment made when I was leaving the club" The payment was presumably to pay up the rest of his contract, and is at pains to point out that Minty deposited the tax directly into Hectors hip pocket, but this suggests that the EBT was improperly used to pay wages.......
