Radio Scotland is brilliant listen, I love how bitter Richard Gordon still is about us after all these years.
Was thinking that myself. I'm generally all for Richard Gordon but he does sound a wee bit arsey here for some reason.

The last laugh on any given day resonates a bit longer than all of the earlier ones added together.

Quality job by the scriptwriters. Respect.

The anchor in the studio asking the panel, "Was that a good penalty?" as they watched a clip of a penalty being launched a yard over the bar.

Can't help thinking of this when I'm listening to Kenny Miller here.

Charlie Adam & John Sutton combined were the diffence
We wouldn’t have won the league without them
Both signed in the hours before the Challenge Cup game at Palmerston on deadline day. I was sitting in the Dumfries KFC car park when the signing news came on the radio and I nearly soiled myself. Adam had played against us in a pre-season game a few weeks earlier and was outstanding, pinging the ball all over the place.

Carson salty because the League Cup group stage clashes with marching season.

You could have a conversation about whether deadline day loan signing Charlie Adam was the difference between us being promoted, or not, in 2005/06. It was far from a one man band, but he was a massive contributor.

Daily Record chimes in with the revelation that Saddam Hussein was running Iran too.

I hadn't seen those Raith Rovers goals since witnessing them from the terracing on that day. I had to go and watch the 6-0 game on YouTube to bring balance back to my universe. However, while I was there I found this gem about the walk-out protest to get rid of Jimmy Bone.

Can you imagine the vilification on here if Zach Hemming were to throw one in his own net like Campbell Money did there?
I think VAR would have given Celtic’s first penalty claim just before they one they did get
Good to see Paul “nobody wanted him / missed a penalty” McStay getting booked for moaning about it though
Some quality of players on view there, Ian Ferguson looks outstanding, Lambert, Cameron, McWhirter, even McDowall and Brian Hamilton, all class
That mistake by Campbell Money was made in horrendous weather conditions. He threw in a few towards the tail end of his career, but up until then his mistakes were a rarity, to say the least. Not to mention his ridiculous record of saving penalties. You used to expect a penalty save, which is a feeling I've never had with any other keeper.

mcavennie missed that penalty deliberately
Macca likes to spin a yarn.
His story about missing that penalty deliberately is full of holes about Celtic having already won the league and saving us from relegation, when the league still had four months to run at the time.

The guy Josh Skelly looks like he'll get goals for Forfar at that level. Scored a belter against Arbroath.

Al Lamont enthusing about Rory Loy seemlessly switching from being a competent reporter to a competent interviewer.
That's what happens when you stick a mic in front of someone with a measurable intellect, unlike some of the other guys they use.

Thought I was back at the 1993 B&Q cup final when that rain peaked.

Talk of an early goal today being key Remember Mixu giving us an early lead in the game after the 5-1 game, only for Forfar to knock in 5 without reply to go 5-1 up again.

Adam Hammill was another who said all the right things, but it was obvious he'd be gone at the end of his short term contract. Didn't stop him being a difference maker while he was here.

IIRC he was out of League football within a coupla years strange to think us Saints fans are the likely the only ones to remember him these days.
Gordon Strachan was there that night, because we were playing Celtic in the next game, and he commented that the guy might as well retire because he was never going to top that goal.

You've got to feel for the guys in the campsite having to overlook this.

Trying to make the Hibs fans feel at home by giving them a Meadowbank Stadium calibre view of the action.

A point would put us top for 21 hours unless Livingston win by a couple at Ibrox.
